Be sure to request a ground floor apartment if you want the garden views/access as shown in photos. We were happy with our apartment, which was up stairs, but were a bit disappointed we didn't have a view to enjoy as the photos suggest.

The apartment was spacious and well-equipped. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were large and well-appointed Apartment is at the back of a hotel. Convenient as a base from which to explore the area (by car). It was very warm when we arrived but staff provided us with a fan quickly. There are several apartment blocks, each with lifts for upper floors. Check-in and check-out are at the hotel, which is separate.

Very little to dislike with the exception of bathroom could do with modernising. Cloth shower curtains, mild rusting and staining on lighting and stainless steel. Also 10am checkout a little earlier than hotels.

Fabulous location. Spotlessly clean. Excellent extras such as milk, cereal, tea, and coffee. Bedrooms and kitchen seating areas are all very comfortable and spacious. In general, I would highly recommend it.

Instant coffee in the rooms wasn't very good. Didn't know there was a coffee press until a couple days in. Overall, very good!

We used the cooking facilities for breakfast and for heating up pizza so that was nice. Being from North America, some of the appliances we had to figure out how to use. There could be some tips on using the washer/dryer, oven. We didn't try the dishwasher.

the doors are heavy, it is not easy to enter kitchen and move room to room

upgrade of HWS would be good . We ran out of HW number of times. Within the apartment the doors had self closing which was loud and very annoying.

Easy access. Good size. Great location. Ground floor was good. Great kitchen.

There was no electricity to the outlets upon our arrival. That said, someone showed up quickly when we called to ask for help. Also, the toilet in the main bedroom took SEVEN minutes to refill after flushing. The only other issue was parking due to a nearby event. We had to walk a fair distance late at night and then again upon departure the next morning.

Needed an update. Decor looked a bit tired and the electric shower in the en suite was ancient and difficult to use.

Large apartment with comfortable seating and beds. Good facilities including washing machine. 10 minute taxi ride into Killarney.

Good space, furniture needs to be updated. A single french press for 6 persons is not enough. Used the spa and it was very nice.

Some of the glasses and crockery needed a wash before use but this seems to be a common fault at most places we’ve stayed in. Also the second shower didn’t seem to work properly but again, we’ve also found this to be a common problem with English shower units.

Just about everything! Would highly recommend these apartments and they are probably the best we have stayed in this trip. They staff at the hotel where you check in were very friendly and helpful. Ample parking was an added bonus.

The apartment was very spacious, 2 bathrooms, loads of mirrors were great for a group of 6 people getting ready at the same time.

We had to clean bath towels and getting them to dry took ages! The whole apartment good do with updating the bathroom and en-suite shower where in definite need off this! The seating area in the kitchen could have done with another sofa for a family of six!

Service was wonderful. They responded to requests immediately. My daughter left her stuffed animal and they instantly searched for it and agreed to mail it to the U.S. no problem. Loved our stay.

The apartment was very hot. The beds were'nt that comfortable and the shower pressure was bad in the ensuite.

Facilities were excellant.
