Beautiful location with views over Kenmore estuary, hostess Geraldine went out of her way to help when we had a little problem with heating, a great base to base for an extended look at this wonderful part of green isle.

Lovely location, beautiful view. Apt was comfy, well stocked, and the washing machine was a huge plus! The host left fresh scones, milk, and OJ too. Tastefully decorated and a great place to spend a few nights.

The bathroom could do with a bit of renovation.

The apartment was well equipped and beautifully decorated. The outside space was a bonus with a stunning view. We enjoyed being so close to Kenmare.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The views were incredible and the owners were so lovely! Super clean and the fresh homemade scones and fresh orange juice was a beautiful touch. Couldn’t recommend enough!!

Can't find anything negative.....

Wonderful place to stay at the Ring of Kerry, easily one of the best places I have ever rented. A fully equipped kitchen, big sleeping room and everything was perfectly clean. We haven't seen the host, but she was always available with the booking app and responded quickly. I forgot my travel adaptor when we left and she send it to my home address for free! Kenmare is close and although it's small, it has everything you need to have a pleasant holiday.

We really had to think hard about this! OK. An oven glove would be a good idea - we remarked on this, just to each other, a couple of times. Everything else is pretty much perfect!

This is the perfect place for a stay in the environs of the Ring of Kerry, very well placed for both Kenmare and Sneem. It is a modern, undercroft conversion set up as a self-contained apartment for two. It is modern, clean, bright and well equipped - and everything works! Plenty of parking, excellent drying equipment for indoors and outdoors (either washing or clothes made wet by the occasional Irish rain!), comfortable bed, comfortable sofa, good lighting. If it's cool at night, the heating system is very effective - and simple to work! The shower is very good, the shower room is small, but just fine for one person at a time. We loved the extra touches - to welcome us there were fresh garden flowers in the bedroom and in the living space, and biscuits in the kitchen. In the fridge, there were fresh milk and orange juice, butter, and little jars of homemade marmalade and jam - both excellent! Geraldine is an excellent proprietress - friendly, and ready to help, e.g. we borrowed egg cups for breakfast! The view over the Kenmare River / Sea Loch is stunning, and outside there are comfortable chairs and a table, so you can sit in the evening with a glass of wine, with the setting sun behind you, and watch the moon rising over the hills on the other side of the river - and in the morning, the sun rises over those same hills! We were just too busy to have a relaxed breakfast outdoors! Internet connectivity is excellent. One other thing - Geraldine also does B&B, and she very kindly gave us one of her small homemade soda bread breakfast loaves to take home - perfectly delicious!!

Being able to hear people moving around in the room above .

It was small but everything you needed. The view was beautiful 😍 Clean and comfortable. Geraldine left some lovely scones which we enjoyed. So good to have a washing machine. We enjoyed our time there.

Super self catering apartment. Bright, clean and beautifully decorated. Large bedroom with very comfortable bed. Absolutely everything provided. Lovely views down to the Kenmare river from the garden. Geraldine is the perfect host

Just a note not a complaint, Geraldine gives you the size of the double bed which was fine for us but it is a double bed so pay attention to the dimensions Geraldine posts so there are no surprises.

Lovely self-catering unit on the ground floor of a private home. Geraldine supplied us with milk, orange juice, butter, jam and homemade soda bread. Grenane Heights is located six minutes drive from Kenmare on the road to Sneem. We loved the location, close enough to Kenmare but in a quiet, beautiful setting.

Nothing not to like

The 1BRM cottage had everything we needed. Geraldine was just a phonecall away and she had milk, juice, butter, jams, in the fridge. The fruitcake as welcome treat was highly appreciated! t was perfect for our 2 night stay in Kenmare. The kitchen was ver well equipped. Washing machine for clothes was very handy too. 15 min drive into town and since located on a hill..the views were amazing! We would highly recommend for a couple to stay here.

The bed could be bigger. Even though the bedroom is quite big and would allow a bigger bed, the bed is quite small for two people. There is quite a lot of noise from the bedrooms above. You can hear the people moving about. We were unlucky to have one night when a child was in the room above us and I feared the ceiling might come down at some point.

It is a nice small self catering place. Quite small, but it has everything you need for a few days. Breakfast items were provided when we arrived. The view is magnificent.

Cosy little apartment with private parking and lovely countryside views. Excellent home made bread from the host plus lots of other complimentary items including milk - jams - dishwasher and washing machine tablets. The host offered us secure storage for our bikes

Cannot think of one thing that we didn't like!

Wonderful Hostess & alot of extra special touches. A fresh baked loaf of bread with butter & homemade jam - milk - orange juice & a well Supplied kitchen. We didn't want for a thing! Geraldine thought of EVERYTHING & WE HAD AN AWESOME TIME ! The bathroom was well supplied with towels- soap & the extras. The bed was very comfortable and all the linens were all provided. We even had a washer so we could do our laundry. The views from our apartment were outstanding! We would definitely return! GOD'S BLESSINGS!

It is a bright spacious and spotless apartment for a couple getaway. Fully stocked with everything you would need in kitchen, strong WiFi and decorated in lovely way. Stunning views and lovely outdoor area too. Homemade baked goods left for us to enjoy and milk and juice in fridge along with tea and coffee. Very private at back of main property with separate entrance. Geraldine warm and very welcoming host.
