Good spot for our quick visit. The guesthouse was comfortable and within walking distance to restaurants, shops and pubs. Stephen made us feel very welcome on check in and gave recommendations for places to eat and see. Our breakfast was very good and freshly cooked and staff were lovely. Happy to recommend a visit to Hillgrove Guesthouse

A top class bed & breakfast with excellent facilities and a top class breakfast. When we were going into town for dinner it started to rain as we were about to leave. Immediatly our host offered to drive us into town in his car. This is what we call extra special service!

Beautifully styled new bathrooms. Good water pressure in the shower. Room spotless. Bed comfy. TV had full access to Netflix, Internet ect. Hosts very nice.

The parking was lacking abit. But what was difficult was manoeuvring the buggy in and out of that place. If you had a wheel chair it would be difficult. We came out of our room in the morning and the cleaning staff parked their cart right by our door making it nearly impossible to get the buggy out. My husband had to lift the buggy. The breakfast was free for the change of location and it was OK but lot of it was gone or stale. We went for breakfast around 9am so it wasnt late either

I liked how they went out of their way to relocate us from their sister location to make sure we had a more peaceful night.

Great parking and only a couple of minutes from the centre. Amanda on reception was brilliant, bikes were safely stored, relevant information was given all with a smile on her face and a very friendly approach. very quiet at night a good breakfast in the morning. A great stay.

Hillgrove has seen a few years but the upgrades are notable although furnishings are dated. No view from our window, just a wall. However, you are made to feel welcome by their excellent staff and that is important.

Amanda welcomed us and all of her lovely suggestions proved rewarding. Thank you! The room was adequate with several little touches that were not found elsewhere. Very clean! The renovated bathroom was 10/10! (The best on the trip.) The bar is for guests and is open until 2230. We opted out of breakfast but enjoyed fresh coffee and rolls at the Dingle Bean. Parking is easy at the Guesthouse and a very easy walk to village center and waterfront. Great location and we loved Dingle!
