We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThere was no small jug or teacups in the room - they were supplied at the bottom of the stairs so it was difficult to carry hot cups of drink upstairs to the room.
We had a beautiful room overlooking the loch and green sheep paddocks. Very picturesque setting. Restaurant there served very tasty menu although on the pricey side but worth the ambience. Friendly restaurant staff and host. Sitting area downstairs near the bar is very cosy and relaxing. Beds super comfortable and large bathroom. Needed a car to go into town for meals. We loved our stay here!

AustraliaWe only had one night at this beautiful lodge arriving after travelling from Cork. It was the perfect bed and breakfast stopover. Dinner was absolutely superb, one of our best meals in Ireland and breakfast was also delicious and very substantial. Our hosts John & Moira were so friendly and welcoming and took great care of us. John helped us so much with our travel plans for the following day to Dingle. Your advice to take the Connor Pass was fabulous and to drive Slea Head Drive was beautiful so thank you so much John. Highly recommended accommodation.

SpainThere were a few cobwebs in the room. There's a bit of noise from the main road between Tralee and Dingle. But these are quite minor issues overall.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, as is the case pretty much everywhere in Ireland. The bar/restaurant had very nice views of the bay. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was very good.
