On arrival met with the owner and had showed us to the apartment. Was greeted with a warm apartment And the location was smack bag in the town centre If I needed anything I was given 3 mobile numbers to call not just one.there was facilities to accommodate us. It was great value for money And it had a lovely balcony over looking the city Very clean and plenty of towels provided

Can't think of much, they had pretty much everything I needed here.

Exceptionally clean - I have a habit of sanitizing the surfaces of accommodations I check into and I found this place had surpassed my expectations in terms of cleanliness. The kitchen had most of what I needed, and there was always sufficient hot water. The building was quiet, safe, and the location is excellent. Donal was very kind and helpful!

The only draw back the apartments don't have a lift as I suffer with arthritis. But managed ok, That doesn't have any effect of us booking the apartment again.

The location was great so close to all the amenities, ( shops restaurants pubs etc) plenty of car parking space coded gate for security. The apartment had everything we needed warm and comfortable could not ask for better. The host Donal was very helpful.

I wish we had been aware that some apartments have a view towards the National Park. This would have been the icing on the cake!

Everything about the apartment was excellent - it was modern, clean, comfortable, warm and well-equipped. The location could not have been better and the off-road parking was a real bonus. We will definitely book again.

Excellent location. Felt safe and secure (solo female traveller). Easy and secure parking. The unit was much bigger than I expected, with a seperate living and bedroom. The free use of washer and dryer, inc washing powder, was useful. It was nice to be meet by the owners when I checked in, who also carried my suitcase up the stairs. Quiet location, great sleep. Communication was easy and prompt, especially when I wanted to come a day earlier than I had booked. I would definitely stay again.

It was hard to contact the gentleman we were meant to meet to collect the keys as we weren't able to call but we managed to make contact via email. Other than that, everything was great

The apartment was really old world but totally comfortable and well equipped. It was charming! The location was ideal and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Parking was provided which was a real bonus. It was very clean and comfortable. We appreciated that tea, coffee, milk and an assortment of biscuits were supplied and very much appreciated. It was also great that there were laundry facilities provided.

Providing washing-up liquid in the kitchen would be useful. Solo travellers might like to note that the routes to the apartments from the main streets are both relatively narrow alleys, and might require extra care at night, although I didn’t feel Killarney was a particularly dangerous town.

Great self catering apartment in a handy location for the main streets of Killarney. The units are on the first and second floors and are accessed by stairs. They all have balconies - our balcony had views across to the mountains of the National Park and to St Mary’s Cathedral, but that will vary depending what side of the building you’re on. The unit was well-equipped, including a box of towels to use during our stay (since there isn’t a housekeeping team coming in to change them). There was a pretty generous box of tea, coffee, milk and biscuits provided, and plenty leaflets about attractions in the area. There are washing machines and tumble dryers in a room along the corridor which are free to use, with free washing powder provided. Plenty hot water, and a powerful shower (with easy-to-understand controls, which is always a bonus!). Good fast Wi-Fi and TV reception.

If you have an apartment on the top floor 2 flights of stairs could be an issue for people with mobility. Wasn't a problem for us.

We liked these apartments for self catering. Secure parking was great too. Donal was welcoming and helped us get our luggage up 2 flights of stairs. Once up top, the views were great of the nearby hills. Very clean and comfortable. The laundry down the hallway was very convenient too.

Had trouble figuring out where to enter and finding where to check in (just go to the bar), not within easy walking distance to tourist area of Kilkenny which was fine with us

Property is just a few rooms above the pub/restaurant, room was small but surprisingly quiet and modern, ate dinner and breakfast there, good food and atmosphere, free parking on premises

We were thankful that another guest called the host for us as we would have had to pay for telephone calls if not on WhatsApp. I was in the process of texting the host when the other guest called and Donal showed up immediately.

Very clean, spacious and stocked with everything we needed including a couple days of coffee and biscuits. Excellent location but quiet. Bed extra comfortable.
