We loved our stay at Laburnum House. We had a twin room with a small ensuite. The beds were really comfortable & we both had great nights sleep. Raymond & Daniella were both extremely friendly & made us feel very much at home. The breakfasts were so filling & delicious that we didn’t need lunch 😋 The dining room was lovely with a beautiful view over the countryside. We would highly recommend this accommodation & hope to see Raymond & Daniella in Western Australia one day.

Only that we should have booked a longer stay

The accommodations were so much nicer than we had expected from the pictures. The bedroom and bath were huge, with tons of closet and cabinet space, sparkling clean, and tastefully decorated. Breakfasts were splendid. The location is outside Kenmare's main streets so you avoid the hustle and bustle but close enough to easily stroll to the town center and all the amenities. Amazingly, the house sits beside and across gorgeous green fields where sheep and cows occasionally graze. Icing on the cake was the gracious hospitality shown by warm and friendly hosts Daniella and Raymond. We could not have been happier with our stay at Laburnum House and hope we can return some day.

Wonderful couple hosting us for a great breakfast and lots of good recommendations. Room very comfortable but next time I would request a room not on the front side of the house as the road is busy-ish.

Not a thing!

Wonderful beds and spotlessly clean. The parking was convenient right in front and off the street. A 15 minute walk to the center of Kenmare, and a great breakfast. With all of that the highlight of the stay were the hosts, Raymond and Daniella. We came as guests and left as friends. Just wonderful people who made the stay so memorable. We have been traveling in Europe for over three months and we will remember the Laburnum House as our standout lodging.

This is a lovely B&B which is about a 15 minute walk to the town. The room we had was massive with a huge bathroom which included bath and shower. It is decorated beautifully. It has a private entrance but when you arrive you ring the doorbell and the owners greet you. Breakfast is in the dining room and it was delicious, I had scrambled eggs and salmon and the other half had scrambled eggs and bacon. A lovely home from home

Our large room with equally large bathroom was very comfortable, plenty of space to relax, a TV and tea and coffee making facilities. Our hosts were friendly and helpful with suggestions of how to tackle our exploration. Our room included a generous breakfast. Off street parking and an easy 1 km walk into town, highly recommended.

Absolutely nothing - everything was amazing!

The hosts are very welcoming and friendly! The bathroom was huge, the bed was comfortable and the room was very comfortable! The breakfast was absolutely amazing and the hosts soooo hospitable! The location is very good and highly recommend staying here!! Will definitely be returning here when I come back to Kenmare!!

Perfect location! Our room was just wonderful. Comfortable, quiet and clean. A great home base for exploring the Ring of Kerry. Breakfast was so good! Our hosts went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed.

Very spacious, comfortable room, big bathroom. Very clean. Lovely hosts that really took care of us when my husband got sick with the flu. They gave him breakfast in bed. There is an ok restaurant close by and the pubs/town is a 15 min walk.
