The room I was staying at was borderline claustrophobic, and the bed was terrible. It was broken and the mattress' springs keep poking you.

The house is quite pretty, and both the bathroom and the kitchen are fantastic.

The shared shower room/toilet ran out of hand soap and toilet paper so I had to buy some myself. There was only one pillow per bed and they were quite flat so I never had a comfortable sleep.

It’s a handy location for bus in to the city. The shower was good. Fridge size was good.

there is no staff available in the morning or evening. Cleaning is done during the time we are out The door locks are horrible,always a struggle to lock the door.I expected a full ensuite bathroom but it came minus the toilet,it is v.inconvenient.Bath room sink is too small to use

Sadly, our room was not ready when we arrived and had to wait for around 2 hours (the time it took to get in touch with someone and the room to be cleaned). Both the host and the cleaner were very apologetic about the mix up, but sadly it did impact our experience. Beds were a little springy for me, and the tv in the room didn't actually work (no remote either)

Very easy to get to this property using public transport, room was a good size, plenty of power outlets, and the kitchen was available to use and well equipped. Nice little outside area.

What made my stay very unpleasant was the behaviour of the other guests. When I would put something in the common fridge for breakfast it would be eaten by someone before I can even try it. Kitchen was left dirty with loaded sink, same with bathroom. People would sing, talk and make loud noises in the corridor in front of my room at 1-4 am. There is no host on premises most of the time. I have stayed many times in places with shared areas but I have never had such an unpleasant experience before.

The property was nice, the rooms were comfortable and everything you need was available in the kitchen/bathroom. Location was fantastic, very close to the city center, communicative, and plenty of shop/pub/restaurant options nearby. Check in was easy even though we arrived in the middle of the night. Shared bathrooms were two and enough for the rooms in the property. Nice common kitchen / living room area.

The mattresses were rock hard and really quite uncomfortable to sleep on. Door keys were a bit annoying to use.

Everything was very clean and tidy, easy to find and I felt very comfortable and welcomed. Amazing shower.

The mattress is thin and wrapped in plastic. Super uncomfortable. Only 1 pillow instead of 2 and it was flat and thin. Basic shampoo and shower gel should be provided.

More than 15 min ton the center. Add chairs and blankets in the bedroom. It was a little cold inside.

We enjoy the bedroom and the shower in the bedroom. The kitchen was well equiped.

The fact that there is a kitchen, it would be great if basic provisions were made available such as tea and coffee as well as sugar and salt. I didn't like the fact that I could not find the mentioned stuff.

The lock safe would not open when I arrived, however King was helpful & provided a key. Shower was great down stairs. On site parking was good. 2 min walk to shops & take aways Towels & bed linen were clean

The sitting room downstairs and the bedroom i had both had televisions in. Neither of which were connected to any sort of aerial or cable TV system so pretty pointless being there

Poorly maintained and a disinterested owner. It certainly isn’t a lovely home.

Absent landlord who is using this property as a cash cow. Lack of maintenance resulted in faulty heating and unbearable living conditions. This is a hostel not a home. The proprietor doesn’t live at the property, nobody is available to deal with problems.

We were promised a " lovely Dublin home.".We got an attic. We had to be constantly aware of the ceiling as half the attic was low. The sheets were very creased and the beds smelled of B.O..There was nowhere to hang any clothes. The bathroom was down a very steep stairs and the switch for the light was halfway down. This is dangerous in the dark. We got no sleep because we were not comfortable with the room.We left early the next morning and went home,in spite of the fact that we paid for 2 nights. The whole weekend was ruined. We deserve a full refund and an apology.

The kitchen was a bit dirty and plates/glasses/cups are a wild assortment of stuff. There is one (really bad) proper pan, and two small pots for potentially 8 rooms, so between 8 and 16 people, which is ridiculous. Also there is like 3 forks and two spoons… The ground floor bathroom definitely has black mold, which is at best disgusting. While not exceptional, the upper floor bathroom is in better shape. Additionally, when we arrived, there was crumbs in the bed and spots on linen, which was also not really nice…

Comfortable sitting area and nice location. A bus stop is in front of the building, which is quite convenient.
