Dear Verfürden, Thank you very much for coming to stay at No.1 Kinsale, we really appreciate your business. We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your stay. As per booking.com and our correspondence prior to your stay, all of our rooms differ in size and style. As explained to you, room 2 has a private bathroom solely for your use across the hall. As this building is 300 years old, this was the only solution. That was the only room available on the night of your stay, however we offered you an upgrade should you wish to stay another night. Unfortunately we are located above a bar with music. We are looking into solutions to reduce noise. We are surprised at your rating of cleanliness. We pride ourselves on upkeeping a high standard of cleanliness. We checked the room prior to your stay and did not identify any issues. Should you ever visit Kinsale again, we would love to welcome you back. Peter.
