Amazing location right in the city Center for a very good price. Fridge was clean and the shower was okay.

Beds were quite squeaky which made it hard for people without earplugs to sleep, but most of us had some. Some noise outside the window.

The fact I left the room was the best bit

Everything, pillows non existent, hard wood mattress, no private bathroom as booked, booked a quadruple room only got a triple, stuffy room no window, full of damp and mould. Staff didnt help just apologised because they've overbooked so had to book another hotel

    - central - spacious apartment - kitchen with microwave & kettle - self check-in - Brazilian resteraunt next door (hear their music) - washing machine/dryer

    - ancient/dirty mattress - bathroom stinky - hear people upstairs - bedding sheets had hair and dust - holes in the floors of the kitchen - I couldn’t leave the building and was locked out but didn’t know I had to press both button and open door same time. - heater didn’t work (staff notified but not resolved)

Location was perfect. Price was about what I expected for the good location.

Noise level of upstairs and adjacent neighbors. No screens on windows, which were wide open when we arrived. Flies were getting in often. No furniture for mattresses & boxsprings, just on the floor. Messaging from hosts before and during our stay was confusing - first made me nervous that we booked a shared room, then made me nervous that were supposed to check out then back in for our third/final day of our stay. Gave us extra instructions to lock the main door that locked itself, and an extra code for room 1 that we still don't know what it was for. WIFI access didnt work for me, one of the two addresses was active but the password wasn't correct. My partner connected to one of them right away, but it wasn't working. When we arrived there was a load if linens in the washer. We just hung them to dry and then folded them. Entry hall and bathroom smell was pretty awful. 1 roll of toilet tissue for 3 days. Woke up two morning with new bug bites, but found no bugs..so unclear if it was from the room or not.

The accommodation couldn't be located in a better place, spot on in the city centre. And the price we got for the one night was very good. But that's about it.

    1) Potential bed bugs: While the rooms looked clean at first glance, the bedding looked quite old and not inviting. When I woke up the next day I found some stains on my bed (see pics) that might be indicative of *bed bugs*, even though I had no bites on me. I wasn't thrilled to see the later review of another tourist who said bed bugs were present in some rooms. There was a bag of wooly material right under my bed which looked like the perfect abode for bed bugs 😩 🪲 But this is a possibility (that is not fully confirmed) 2) No in-person human contact for check in. I had to send my id via an app which I didn't trust much. 3) Thin walls and noisy environment. I could hear people snoring in the room downstairs and other people talking until about 1am. Then it was ok until about 8.30am 4) Lack of items provided: the bathroom only had toilet paper and a tiny bit of diluted soap. No bins, no shower gel, no anything else.

    The location, that was it.

There was somebody sleeping in my bed when I got there.

    It’s very central

Customer care was ignoring any calls. There was a small crowd of people in the halls not understanding if they got the room or not. First floor didn’t have bedbugs but upper floors reported some.

Loved the BED BUGS!!🪳 Go see their GOOGLE MAP REVIEWS, all about bed bugs!

BED BUGS!!! My roommate and I found several bed bugs on our last morning both in the bedroom and in the common are plus we both got bitten! No hot water in shower, no toilet paper, no towel! Worse communication, checkin instructions absolutely poorly transmitted. It took forever to receive it and then it took them forever to tell me which bed was my once there. No one picked up the phone. Beds are tiny and blanket too short (I’m just 5.5”…)
