Mike and Michael are wonderful hosts. They're so friendly and accommodating, and everything has been thought of. The room was lovely and it came with snacks, robes and slippers! The breakfast selection is enormous, and they provided plenty of glutenfree options.

The hosts were wonderful . They went above and beyond , super helpful with everything that you could think of. Warm , welcoming , and made us feel like family . There was nothing we didn’t like – everything was just perfect.

We stayed at 2Mikes Homestay for three nights in Dublin and had a wonderful experience. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and kind, making us feel right at home from the very beginning. The house was spotless, and we really appreciated all the thoughtful little details that made our stay even more comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and prepared with care, which gave us the perfect start to our days in the city. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay – warm hospitality, cleanliness, and comfort all in one. We would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dublin. 🌟

It's been a fantastic stay. We enjoyed the hospitality from Michael and Mike. They gave great hints on where to enjoy local food and beer and were always there for questions we had. When again being in Dublin we will surely ask to stay at the 2 Mikes Homestay again.

Everything was excellent.

We had a really wonderful stay with Mike and Michael. The room was delightfully decorated with some thoughtful and whimsical touches, including providing a range of snacks as well as tea and coffee making facilities, which were much appreciated. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice from freshly prepared fruit, yoghurt, meats, and cheeses and not forgetting the wonderful home baking. It was nice to chat with the Mikes over breakfast, too. The location is ideal for walking into the city and there is a bus stop at the end of the road. We appreciated being able to park our car outside the property for the duration of our stay, and the house is conveniently located for the ferry port. Mike and Michael are great hosts and have a wealth of information about places to visit and advice on booking tickets, which is a must for the most popular city attractions.

The Mikes are incredible hosts – reliable, attentive, and helpful. Their place is clean and very well located (everything can be reached on foot within 20 to 30 minutes), plus it’s only 20 minutes from the airport. I want to emphasize the kindness and thoughtfulness of these hosts, and I can only recommend that you visit Dublin! PS: The breakfasts are absolutely royal!

Just a bit further walking distance then we expected. But still walkable.

The 2 mikes are lovely. Mike has tried to provide a hotel room experience in a bedroom. He has done well with fridge and ironing board included. Better than some hotels we have stayed in. Not a lot of room once suitcases laid out, but manageable. Both Mikes happy to have a chat. Felt very personal. Mike is very organised when it comes to advising transport options. Great communication.

Mike and Michael are great hosts. They give you some tipps on what to do in Dublin. The room was great, just like the breakfast. The chats in the morning were always interesting and they are shady interested in feedback about the city and their rooms. They even had power adapters already in the room. I would love to stay there again

Just found street noisy at times but that is obviously beyond hosts control. We had the windows open and could have closed it because an excellent fan was in the room however we preferred the window open so accept it was our problem.

Everything. The 2 Mike's have the host job spot on. Helpful, respectful of your privacy, breakfast no fuss excellent balance of foods some home baked. Walk in shower no struggling into the bath. I really enjoyed the chats as they join guests for breakfast. Location great for city access and near docks for ferry home. Mike explained bus and tram use thoroughly.

Our stay with Mike & Michael felt very homey. The room is clean and has everything needed for a city break. The room was also quiet. The guests are very friendly, and breakfast was very good and varied. The house is not very central, but you can easily reach the main tourist sites by walking or using the nearby tram. Very good value for money!

Nothing it was perfect.

The 2mikes homestay is exceptional. The rooms and facilities; immaculate. Mike and Michael are brilliant hosts. In fact the best I have ever had. It was my 1st time travelling OS alone ( age 70) and this was my 1st stop. I couldn't have felt more at home. They gave helpful, relevant advice and information about public transport, places to visit and special, "off the tourist trail" places. Tram travel is easy as their home is not far from the cbd. They had a leap card for me and even drove me to a pick up in the city for a bus day tour to Belfast. It was an early departure and they had a delicious breakfast and lunch packed for me. They truly go above and beyond and are intelligent, delightful, funny and charismatic hosts, and...great cooks. I had a tear in my eye on farewell.

It was like staying with family! Mike and Michael were the perfect hosts. They allowed us to check in early and greeted us with yea and great information for our visit. The room and en suite were comfortable and well appointed. Perfect!

Everything was perfect.

We loved our stay with Mike and Michael. They were just wonderful. Fun to talk to and exceedingly accommodating to all our needs. They went above and beyond all expectations, including going out of their way to save us trouble and make our stay in Dublin more comfortable. In addition, the breakfasts items were plentiful and delicious. The location was great, just a 10 minute walk to the tram that took us everywhere we wanted to go. The bed was very comfortable, the room was cozy with a lot of attention to detail, and a great shower. Plus two lovely kitties...Buttons and Twix. We spent four nights here after a 3-week road trip through Ireland and stayed in 15 different B&Bs and hotels and this was the best by far. Thanks, Mike and Michael!

Our stay here was a hit. Mike was very welcoming and helpful and made sure our stay was comfortable. On the first day he gave us maps as soon as we arrived and explained the best way to get around. The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfasts were delicious, Mike even baked muffins with his own hands which was much loved. Not to be left out were the two cats who are very sociable. One of them came by our room every morning to cuddle so we were in a great mood all day and couldn't wait for the next morning. We couldn't have come at a better time during our stay in Dublin!

Mike really went above and beyond to make sure we had a plesant stay in Dublin. Our room was spotless and came with more utilities then we'd expected. The included snack bar was nice and the breakfast was everything we could've asked for, including fruits, freshly-baked pastires/bread and everything else that you'd need for a good meal. On one of the days we've went on a day-trip, and Mike drove us to the pick-up point early in the morning and also packed us the breakfast with tons of snacks for the road. It was really like visiting family and we can't thank them enough for making us feel so welcome in their home.💚

Mike is a great host. Gave us some really helpful tips for our stay in Dublin. We can't describe how Mike always tries to go extra mile. Breakfast was homemade, tasty and with a lot of options. Trully, all aspects of our stay were exceptional.
