Paul and Amy are great hosts, very friendly and helpful. Nice clean rooms and excellent breakfast. Great location for short walk to city centre with parking so we didn’t need our car while in the city.

The owners were very friendly and approachable, from the moment we were given a cold drink and a piece of freshly baked carrot cake. The location is only 10 minutes from the centre of Galway entertainment centre. Amy and Paul could not do enough to make our three night stay so comfortable.

Amy and Paul were absolutely lovely host.Extremely friendly and highly professional.In particular, the breakfast was exceptionally good.Every single thing was faultless. I will definitely stay here again and I can very highly recommend.Excellent in every way.

Shower is a bit on the small side Room was a bit cold in thé morning, i know its a b&b but maybe breakfast could finish a bit later. 9am is early when you are on vacation:)

Not terrible for us, but our room was on the 3rd floor. If I had been elderly or infirmed, I don't think I would like that. Perhaps mention which room/floor you will be staying in at time of booking.

The place was very clean, the house is beautiful, especially the garden and made the breakfast place like a small restaurant with classic plates. The owner was very friendly.

I was not prepared for the fact that our room was on the third floor. At age 71, I am not thrilled about carrying luggage up two floors of stairs. In their defense, I was in a hurry to get our bags to the room and did not ask for assistance. The other downside is that there was no air conditioning. This seems to be fairly standard in Ireland, but makes sleeping difficult in the summer months.

You couldn't ask for nicer hosts. The triple room was spacious and the breakfast was excellent. Any reasonable request would be met with a smile and immediate action. The walk into town was only abut 10 minutes. The property offers a great value.

We liked truly everything. The one suggestion I have is adding a mini fridge to the room but otherwise I couldn't complain!

Loved this B&B. The location was really good, Amy and Paul were so welcoming and helpful. The room we had was great, all three of us had our own beds which was so nice. Amy cooks breakfast and it was truly the best breakfasts we had over our 10 day trip around the country.

I wasn't really keen on having to state a breakfast time beforehand, although it did mean that breakfast ran very smoothly. The property is very close to the greyhound racing stadium. This might be a bonus for some, but I have been a lifetime opposer of this form of entertainment.

Amy and Paul are very welcoming and did all they could to make it easy to be in their home. I was especially grateful to Amy for the fabulous takeaway breakfast she left for me when I had to leave early on the final morning. The room was a good size for one person, and I slept well. All in all, a really pleasant stay.

Walls were a little thin so we could hear people in the adjoining room a little.

Stayed here 3 nights. Off street parking. About a 10 minute walk into the main part of town, and therefore quieter. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Room was cozy but comfortable. Good breakfast. Good water pressure and heat in the shower. Decent WiFi when we switched to the extender network.

The house was lovely, with well kept rooms. The friendliest hosts, Amie and Paul, we have met in the past 10 days of our travel here. Breakfast prepared by Amie herself was delicious!

Ventilation in the bathroom is not sufficient to dry the towels.

Central location, city center is within walking distance from the B&B. Breakfast was exceptional. Rooms are clean and spacious. Hosts are super welcoming, we felt right at home.

The owners, Paul and Amy, could not have been nicer and immediately made us feel so welcome. They are exactly what you hope for when you stay in a B&B. Kind and attentive to whatever needs you have. Breakfast was wonderful. Amy is a great cook and was so sweet to add an extra serving of mushrooms to my 89 year old mother in law's breakfast each day once she found out how much she enjoyed them. When one of our daughters wasn't feeling well in the morning she came out with tea, toast and a banana to send up to the room for her. So kind. We all enjoyed the breakfast, the options offered and it was certainly plentiful. The rooms were very clean and quiet, despite being on a busy street in Galway. We were about an easy 1 mile walk to the city centre, the dock where we caught the ferry to the Aran Islands and lots of nice restaurants and shops.

Only slight fault was that I found the bed and pillows a little on the hard side. But that is more of a personal preference.

Magnificent sums up this property. Hosts were super friendly and helpful, the breakfast was out of this world. WiFi was strong, location just a 10 minute walk from the centre. Would strongly recommend.

Amy and Paul (the owners) were absolutely fantastic. They made sure everyone who walked through that door felt as though they were at home. Huge props to Amy’s fantastic cooking too! Location was also excellent.
