Shower is a particular high point - great pressure and temperature - but i could nae get anything better than tepid water from the bathroom sink's tap.

Wonderfully presented. No hassle, just a pleasant space from which to wfh in the day, whilst spitting distance from the action come evening.

Hot water in the bathroom sink would be an improvement.

Location handy for bus back to airport.... just across the river bridge, maybe 7 minute walk to stop. You can walk all over the city centre from here.

Exceeded Expectations – A Perfect Stay

I stayed here in July and had a wonderful experience that exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, lovely, and thoughtfully decorated. I really appreciated the host's attention to detail – from the warm lighting to the complimentary tea, coffee, and bottled water. These small touches clearly reflect a strong sense of hospitality and professionalism in their approach to hosting. The room also included a selection of books, which I found charming, and a TV with Netflix, which made relaxing in the evenings even more enjoyable. One of my favorite features was the window facing the street, allowing plenty of natural light to fill the space. Despite facing the street, the area was calm and peaceful. The accommodation has a shared bathroom, so I occasionally had to check or wait my turn to use the shower or toilet. That said, it was never a real inconvenience during my stay. Despite the shared setup, the bathroom itself was super clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. It also had plenty of amenities. I noticed several skincare and body care products available; I wasn't sure if they were meant for guest use (and didn’t ask since I brought my own), but they didn’t seem to belong to the other guests either. It’s worth asking the host about this, as you might not need to bring your own toiletries. The location is excellent – just a 10–15 minute walk to both the north and south parts of Dublin’s city center, with groceries, restaurants, and cafés all nearby. It's very convenient without being in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Since I stayed during the summer, I didn’t use the heating or air conditioning, so I can’t comment on that. However, everything else was truly perfect. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again in the future.

Ckeck-In is a bit late at 5 pm, but you could leave your luggage in the house in advance. So, no problem.

My room was clean and well prepared, water already in the kettle, big towel and clean bathroom. Communication via E-Mail and phone very good and quick answers. Close to the Convention Center Dublin. Busstop Dublin Express "George's Quay Ulster Bank" only few hundred meter away. Quiet location. I can recommend this accomodation.

The location is great and easy to get to, with a bus stop right down the street. It's right on the Liffey which makes navigation easy enough, and my room was perfectly tidy and cozy for a couple nights' stay. And, the lamp in the room can change colours! The owner was very prompt to respond to my messages, and I was able to drop of my luggage a few hours before check-in, and leave them downstairs overnight before leaving the following morning. I felt very secure and it was very easy to settle in.

Cold water in the bathroom sink taps.

The bed was very comfortable. A heater in the room and tea / kettle were appreciated after my journey! The location was quiet and out of the way while still convenient to the city centre. Brenda was welcoming when I arrived and her instructions / messages for checking in were straightforward. Easy to come and go as I needed.

Not for light sleeper, room is next to main road and near office area, garbage truck comes by like 4-5am, neighbourhood could proves challenging with party goer making noises till late night. Windows are thon, not sound proof. Room floor creaks from upstairs, you definitely know what time your housemate is heading to bathroom.

Comfortable one bed room, easy walking distance to town center

There was a Tv on the room but no signal set up or something.

Very private. Quite quiet at night despite it's very city center locale. Easy access in and out of the property. I didn't want for anything the one night I was there. Would stay there again for sure.

No hot water and i was too large for the shower door opening. Not the fault of the host but certainly the designer of the shower doors, I was able to shower in the Premier Inn next door the first day for a price and then i showered at my office the second day so not an issue in the end. Bathroom cabinet fallen off wall and was on the floor so no mirror above the bathroom sink to shave with. Screws sticking out on standard lamp ripped a hole in my shirt as i walked by. Old shirt and not a favorite so didnt matter luckily.

Breakfast was not included nor expected.
