The room was was a great size and we had a small fridge and kettle as well as an ensuite bathroom. The accomodation was within walking distance to town (around 20mins or less) and parking at the property was convenient. The property is in a private gated area so feels very secure. There is a shared cooking area which looked great but we didn't make use of it. It was also close to a good local pub as well as the popular Tango street food restaurant. Would recommend and would stay again!

I knew this from booking: the kitchen facilities are outdoors (covered / somewhat sheltered so no worry about rain), will cold if going in winter but that's just a small thing up to personal preferences, everything else was perfect and I would stay again

Very clean and well maintained property. Safe location and tucked away for a quiet night's rest while still being close to town and everything you need. Kitchen facilities are good with basic utensils, cooking appliances, and basic cooking things like salt, oil, etc. William was create at communicating how to get there, and available should you have any issues during the stay. Bed was very comfy + good water pressure in the shower. Parking was very convenient & secure just outside the front door.

Can’t think of a thing that would make it better. We couldn’t get WiFi but we never asked for help with it as the tv was connected and we could get Netflix!

The room was very comfortable with tv, small refrigerator, electric kettle, coffeemaker and hairdryer. Coffee pods, tea bags ,sugar and milk supplied. An outdoor cooking area was available which we didn’t use but were impressed by. The grounds were lovely too. The location was perfect for us with less than a 15 minute walk into the town itself and easy access south to the park and all the sights. The owner was very helpful and a lovely man!

The room was very clean with a large ensuite. We were in room number 3. The bed was very comfortable. There is also an outdoor bbq kitchen complete with pizza oven. There are bowls, plates and cutlery in a keep warm bag for use at the bbq kitchen. William, the host is very friendly and helpful, providing lots of information on the various trails around Muckross House. The location is south of Killarney, about 1.6km, close to Ross Castle.

Quite honestly, we were very happy with our accommodations and don't have any suggestions.

The unit had a fridge to keep items for breakfast and snacks. We walked from bus station, and it was a little longer than we expected - or felt that way since we had suitcases, but the setting was so lovely and peaceful - it was set back so we didn't feel like we were in the city at all. It was convenient to restaurants and bars, and the walk to city central wasn't so far once we ditched the suitcases. There was a bike rental nearby, plus we walked to Ross Castle. Michael, our host, was helpful with suggestions and directions. He was amiable with us coming and going in his home. The "glamping" units were quite private and we were a bit envious of people renting those!

This was a beautiful accommodation in a safe gated close. the room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. The facilities were exceptional with Glamping Pods and a communal cooking area with everything from BBQ & Pizza oven to a fridge of refreshments keenly priced. a very nice are for eating & relaxing. William was a great host and everything was easy going. Definitely a place to visit.

Though recycle bins were aplenty, no outside rubbish bins when we visited, but owner regularly collects when needed.

Quiet and in a gated area. Close to town and owner was respectful, available, and nice. Outdoor amenities as good as a kitchen! And, outdoor fridge stocked with beer and wine which you pay on the honor system.

While it was not an issue for us, access to guest rooms on the second floor requires the use of interior stairs, which is clearly stated, in the property description.

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I made this booking, as I’m more accustomed to booking rooms in brand name chain hotels. We were extremely pleased with all aspects of our experience with the Priory Guest Accommodations. Our Host, William, was cheery, helpful, and answered every question that we had for him. Our room was clean, quiet, comfortable, and offered every amenity that we needed or wanted. The extra facilities at the Priory Guest House were incredible. Our Host and proprietor seemingly thought of every need that his guests might have, and provides accommodation for all of them. The shared outdoor kitchen/eating area provides the space, equipment, and tools to prepare any type of quick meal, snack, or beverage that a guest might want. In addition to several traditional en-suite bedrooms, the facility also offers 7 “glamping” pods that seemed to be extremely popular with guests. The facility is located within an easy walk to the City Center, Entertainment areas, and Train Station. Multiple stores and restaurants are also located within a couple blocks of the Priory location. We hope to return for another visit, and will definitely book this property again!
