Ended up having to drive everywhere, but we knew that would be the case when we booked it.

Bright airy house with a nice view. Site manager was very helpful and friendly. House was reasonably well equipped.

Location of the property was on top of a massive hill which made it difficult for us as we didn’t have cars

House was massive for the price and amenities were amazing. Heating was easy to figure out and everything worked perfectly.

Attempting to extort additional money for gas for a 2 night stay!! The issue is that the management company (Trident) tried to charge for gas bills (even though they had already charged for 'utilities'). Also it is advertised as 'heating' being one of the facilities. At this rate they will start charging for access to the garden. This was a disgusting level of extortion and we had to fight and argue (with our friendly on-site host) for the first night and following day to refuse to pay Gas bills. I was told charging for gas and electricity is 'normal' in Ireland. I am from Ireland and live here and travel regularly and have never experienced anything like this anywhere!!! Outrageous and greedy behaviour from the owners in attempting to extort money for bills for a 2 night stay. Avoid at all costs!!!

The house is gorgeous and the location is fine -a small bit outside Kenmare.

property is expensive to start with and a 3 day charge of €60 for gas heating is excessive.

property is comfortable, the team managing the house were excellent.
