There was nothing that we didn't like.

Beautiful one bed apartment in the heart of kenmare ,excellent facilities and very clean we loved everything about it and we will be back again.

The stairs were our only complaint. Maneuvering luggage was a bit tricky for us, but not a big deal.

A sweet little place with a great kitchen, shower and bed. Nice windows for a breeze and a quick heater for the chill. Very nicely decorated, good view of the shops on the lane, close to everything you'd need.

Worth noting there's no hob or conventional oven. It didn't bother us, but there wasn't a scenic view from our particular room.

Great location, close to town centre. Easy parking nearby. Room was warm & comfortable. Good flexibility on arrival time. Lovely hot shower. Breakfast in cafe downstairs was delicious & staff helpful.

Perfect location. Tasteful and comfortable. The restaurant was closed for vacation which was a bummer but absolutely loved Kenmare and Rookery Lane!

Great location, lovely studio flat, comfortable and very clean. Easy to access by door code. Although breakfast not included, there was a cafe downstairs and had a lovely breakfast there the next morning.

The rooms were well-designed and very comfortable. We enjoyed the additional sitting area, and we especially liked the cafe downstairs. It was also very centrally located.

Rookery Lane is a fantastic place to stay- great location, great room & facilities. A very comfortable bed. Kristin couldn't have been more helpful with any questions we had The cafe downstairs is also fabulous

The location was quiet, but yards from the town with its shops and restaurants. The place was self contained, with owner’s cafe downstairs, which served very good coffee.

Beautifully presented and extremely comfortable studio apartment with lovely attention to detail and everything we needed, lovely bed spread, hand washes and shower gels as well as cold water in the fridge. Easy check in with a code and great communication from the owner. Already planning our next stay here! Thank you!

Amazing place! We had a group of three couples. One of the best places we stayed during our week long Ireland travels. Incredibly spacious, modern, great amenities, great bathroom, perfect location to the main downtown area without the noise, and free overnight parking is less than 100 yards away. The hotel's adjoining restaurant is terrific! And Jimmy, part of the husband-wife owners, was the best! When you book, ask Jimmy for the Friendly Irishman package for great tips, good craic, and a pint or two at Crowley's. Well worth the upgrade! :-)
