Location is good, facilities are good enough, parking is good. All in all, it does the job and was good value for money. It was a room in a house with a shared bathroom in the city so if that matches your expectations then you are sorted.

Host was hard to get hold of, I realize they have other commitments but seemed unsure who was coming or going. Some guests were unruly.

Lack of facilities, eg coffee was out and no light bulb in the bed side lamp. Parking was unorganised, eg one car took the whole parking spot whilst enough for two cars back to back so we had to park on the street. No bin provided in the room.

Main entrance to the house was always kept unlocked. Maybe it's a very safe neighborhood, I don't know. It just seemed strange to me.

Close to the city center, priced around the same as some hotels. Easily accessible.

Whenever I go to Galway I always stay in this spot! A ten minute walk from Eyres Square and a twenty minute walk from key locations such as the Rosin Dubh. The accomodation is ideal if you want to see what the city of Galway has to offer. The room is great and the host is lovely. Can't flaw it! 😊

The room was disgusting. Stained bedlinen mold on wall and mold on blind. One window had no blind or curtains. No mirror. Paint chipping of wall. No heating at all and a very very thin duvet and just two flat pillows. There was no washing facilities just a toilet with no hand basin. Could not freshen up at all .when we used the toilet. It was a very cold night and no heating in the room was very very cold . We lay on top of the bed with ourclothes jacket and scarf on until we could get a taxi and go home. There was no meet and greet so we didn't see anyone,plus it was upon as no review s as a new bb,but it was not a new property.

Absolutely nothing. A total disaster.

Everything was terrible. Unclean, unsafe. I have submitted a formal complaint and am waiting for a refund of e540 which I had to pay for another accommodation in Galway as my son couldn't stay at this location due to its awfulness. Appalling.

The room is small and musty. I never saw the host or staff. The location is not very far from city center, but it was kind of hard to locate in weird substrates and unmarked house. The bed was also uncomfortable.

It was affordable, which is hard to find in Galway.

We did not realize that four rooms would share one shower. Privacy was difficult. I got shocked in the shower, plus the showerhead was not supported so it had to be held in one hand. No sink with the second toilet.

Everything. The area was a very deprived and intimidating estate

Accomodation was disgraceful. Blood on windowsill and on the blinds. Shower not working and look at the photos below of the bathroom cabinet. The area was very intimidating. Taxi driver said they dont come into that estate as they fear not being paid or being assaulted. Had to share a bathroom with 4 other rooms....and it was disgusting...never mentioned in booking. Nobody onsite to complain to. All round a disgrace to have on your site.

When I arrived, there was no one onsite to greet me, and the property turned out to be in a residential neighborhood. The unit smelled strongly of fresh paint, as though it had just been finished shortly before I got there. Instead of a proper bed, there was only a pullout couch. The email instructions I received were vague and unhelpful, so I had no clear guidance on essentials like Wi-Fi or water—apparently you need to flip a light switch just to get the water working, which wasn’t explained anywhere. The space itself was essentially a converted shed, not what I expected from the listing. Communication was also frustrating: my only option was messaging through the booking app, and their replies were limited to very short, two-word responses.

The communal shower/toilet area wasn't always accessible. The availability of a TV is to be recommended.

Location was ideal. The room was very clean. There was a fridge, kettle and counter space in the communal area.
