Very close to the centre of Killarney which made navigating around the town centre very easy. The rooms were spotless and suited our needs fully. The staff were always there to attend to anything that you needed. Thank you. Breakfast was lovely & a great selection and service.

Breakfast was fantastic and the pub itself was great! Music during the evenings was excellent and well worth hanging around for! Location is great and easily accessable from car parking in main council park.

Liked everything about the property Nothing to dislike

Staff were welcoming and very friendly. We ate breakfast and dinner here and the food was superb/ The location was great as you are in the center of everything. The room was spotless with a very comfortable bed for a great nice sleep. The shower was roomy with great water pressure. Will come back here to stay next time we are in Killarney/

Noise, but it came with the locality so can't really have central without noise ! Really good location if central to bars and restaurants is your preference.. Got used to the noise then.

There was a bit too much noise from other rooms on one of the nights so the walls are maybe a little thin

The location was absolutely perfect, right in the very centre of town and next to cheap overnight parking. The rooms were modern than we expected for the price, nothing lacking. The breakfast being included is amazing and such a cost saver and was very well made.

The fire alarm went off in the night due to someone vaping inside (we understand). No one came to tell us what was happening, so we quickly put clothes on and went to evacuate. At bottom of stairs two staff members were trying to re-set the alarm (with little success) and said there was nothing to worry about and we did not need to evacuate the building. I then found myself briefing other guests who were about to leave their rooms as no staff member came up to advise us. The alarm continued intermittently for approx 1hr. We were very disappointed with the lack of communication and reassurance from staff, regarding such a significant H&S issue and no gesture of goodwill on departure!

Very efficient check in. Location good. Fabulous fun bar. Great breakfast. Comfortable room (albeit quite basic - lacking the interior trimmings shown in photos).

Excellent location, staff were very friendly and attentive, rooms very clean and comfortable, breakfast was fabulous and bar food very tasty, live music an added bonus. Will stay here again when we come back to Killarney.

There is no chair to sit on in the room and no bedside lamp.

Room was clean and is on the central location, bed was comfy.

Wouldn't hurt to have a couple of table lamps beside the bed. Shower seemed to drain very slowy, had to wait a coupl;e of times for it to drain, shower was great though Was a bit noisy with the on Friday night, but that's to be expected staying in the centre of town and to be fair we were told exactly what times the music would be playing and that was adhered to. Stayed in Room 3

Excellent Breakfast, Central location. Great staff. The waitress who served us on Saturday Morning (18/10) was particularly charming and helpful.

We were warned, but it can be a bit noisy at night. Like any busy pub and being in a lively town centre, you have to expect this.The pro's out way the cons.

The location is brilliant. The rooms are well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. The shower is modern and very spacious. The food is really good, and plenty of it. The staff were a pleasure. Very helpful and extremely polite.

The bathroom could have used a towel rack and a small shelf in the shower but that's just personal preference.

Tatler Jack had a great location for us as it was close to where we were meeting tours. The staff were all helpful and most kind. Our room was quite comfortable and the bathroom was modern and large with a great shower. Breakfasts were very good and came with many choices. The bar staff were great and dinners were exceptional. We ended up eating at Tatler Jack all three nights we were there as the daily specials offered were the best deals, variety and were absolutely delicious.
