    It was a great stay!

Amazing stay in a heritage property. It was clean, comfortable and convenient to everything. The room included a number of comfortable arm chairs and loveseat. The guest room on the main floor was very nice, pastries and fruit set out daily and a nice selection of hot beverages available any time. Rooms were equipped with coffee & tea facilities as well. A great stay! Dublin Express bus from the airport dropped us very nearby.

The parking area is definitely small! But, parking on the street is free from 7 PM to 7 AM so not a huge drawback.

My parents and I stayed here at the beginning and end of our eight day Ireland trip: our first night in Dublin and then our last night in Dublin. This place was perfect, we had parking, a queen and a twin bed that were comfortable, and a really nice bathroom. The owner was so sweet and nice, and there was a gorgeous sitting room with snacks.

The location was perfect for exploring the town. Heated floors in the bathroom was a nice surprise! The room with snacks, coffee and tea was really appreciated. The room was large and well laid out for the three of us. Being able to leave our car parked while staying here was a real bonus as public parking was very expensive.

Had to carry heavy suitcases up 2 flights. Food in the sitting room was mediocre quality (grocery store level). I had to make a pot of coffee each day or have instant in my room.

Large room with an extra twin bed. Bathroom was modern and the room was furnished with antiques. Very nice sitting room on the first floor with whiskey, coffee, a refrigerator, etc.

Parking was a bit of an issue with all guests trying to fit in a very small courtyard. It wasn't very clear where to go to find the office to check us into our room. When we found the office (entirely different building down the street), the gentleman that checked us in was very nice and helpful.

The accommodations are comfortable and beautifully decorated to create a welcoming feeling. The room is spacious and has a private bathroom.

Mini issue with WiFi dropping off at times in the bedroom

Comfortable stay in accomodation that was a little different from the norm but very comfortable, in walking distance to the national concert hall that we were going too, had free car parking and were able to accommodate an early check in. Snacks and tea and coffee in the lounge area was a lovely added bonus

Charming place to stay in Dublin

Our bed was small for a double, and kind of pushed up against one wall, which meant that if the person next to the wall needed to get up, they had to climb over their partner or over the end of the bed. People considering this place should also know that there is no staff on the premises. We had to check in and out at another hotel about half a block away.

The room was located in a beautiful 18th century house on a quiet tree-lined street a 15-minute walk from the "action." On entering the house, you found a lounge with coffee, tea, fruit and little baked items from which you could easily make yourself a simple breakfast or snack. (We were surprised to see that were also bottles of liquor, although we didn't partake of them). The room was large, with tall windows on two sides, and it had several chairs which made it a very comfortable place to hang out when not out on the town or sleeping.

Missed having a small refrigerator in our room

The manager was super friendly and helpful. We managed the stairs but any people with knee issues beware. The place is charming, easy walk to a pub with outstanding Irish Stew. The sitting room has a small shared refrigerator, microwave and other kitchen items. New bathroom and large rooms.
