Beautiful location. The shared room was very well thought out and the buffet breakfast was generous. A lovely welcoming family pet. The communal space facilitated chats with other guests.

This was beyond expectations. - clean, clean, clean!! - amenities provided made me think of an old Hyatt hotels slogan, “we thought of everything”:soft huge towels, lots of pillows. Bath amenities, welcome note. Room was spacious - with lots of windows and natural light - even in bathroom. - overlooking a tranquil field with cows gently grazing on the hillside. - thoughtfulness continues with the kindness of coffee, tea and a few pastries and fruit in the morning. - sitting area is cozy with a fireplace, reading material, maps, and a beautiful dining nook overlooking the garden. I can go on and on!!! Amazing value for money. Jacqueline and Colm- you are small enough to keep it warm and personal. But big in comfort and value. 😊 Heather.

This place was so cute, very nice stay just outside Galway. We had a car and could drive to Galway in about 20 minutes. We also took the bus into Galway one day and it was very easy. The house itself is clean and has everything you need. Great value for the money and the host was so lovely and helpful. There’s a nice walk to the beach and plenty of cows around. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Wild Atlantic Stay Guest House. Colm and Jacqueline are wonderful hosts who have thought of everything for your stay at their place -- including welcome notes and treats, a fully stocked pantry, delicious mini-breakfast items, and a super comfy lounge area. With downtown Galway only 30mins away, Wild Atlantic Stay Guest House is an ideal location to explore the Aran Islands, Galway, and Connemara National Park.

Everything was excellent. Upon arrival we were captivated by the entrance hall and the environment. The room was clean, nicely furnished, the beds comfortable. Basic ingredients were available in the kitchenette. The next day we were pleasantly surprised by a small breakfast as a courtesy from the host. We were completely satisfied with our stay. If we visit ireland in the future we will definitely like to visit here again.

The Guest House is really cute and cozy. Also, it’s stated that it’s a self catering guest house but we have been welcomed with complimentary bread and jam/nutella for breakfast. There is a nice beach 5 mins walk from the house and with a 10 minutes walk there is a supermarket. Really recommended!

Jacqueline is a super host and was always contactable for any queries. The room was comfortable and at a good location if you want to go around Galway and nearby places. Jacqueline ensured that the kitchen always had some snacks for the guests staying. Tesco is at a walking distance and the place is also very close to the shore. Overall we had a great experience staying at Wild Atlantic Stay.

I taught it would be a bungalow we would be staying in and stairs was a bit of a challenge as both of us are not good on the legs and the bathroom not part of our bedroom but they were both lovely rooms.

The way Jac runs her business is brilliant and so easy going. We loved her little touches ❤️ and the way she left food out for breakfast even though it is self-catering.

The house was in a perfect place to take day trips to Galway and the Aran islands as well as Westport and Kylemore Abbey. Very welcoming accommodations.

It was very clean and comfortable; and very quiet. We also liked that we could prepare our own food if we didn’t feel like going out. It is within walking distance of the local Tescos. Even though it is advertised as self catering, Jac provided fresh bread, pastries and fruit every morning to give us a good start to our day.
