The room was a bit too warm in the morning but that is personal preference not that it was an issue with the property.

Great find in Dublin. Room was spacious and so clean with lovely little touches to make it more comfortable. Bathroom was spotless and they had everything so no worries if you forget something. So fast at responding to any queries. Quiet estate lovely house.

A bit further from the city than expected. The backyard door was difficult to close from the outside and the house door was also challenging to lock and unlock.

Situated in a quiet residential area with a pub, shops, and takeout places nearby. Frequent bus service to the city centre running 24/7, with a stop just 5 min from the house. Clean, spacious, and comfortable room, located in a separate part of the house with its own entrance, which provided a good sense of privacy. The drinking water and the kettle with tea, coffee, and biscuits was a nice touch. The self check-in and check-out process was very convenient.

Absolutely nothing. There is an inconsistency in the check out time but it didn't affect me. 11:30 on booking.com vs 11am in the manual in the room.

Perfectly clean. All the facilities you need. Liam and mary were easy and fast to get info from.

Clean, efficient use of space, quiet even though the room door does not cancel sounds but it was very calm, comfortable bed, nice attention to detail and host friendliness.

Dublin is one of the most expensive cities in the world accommodation wise so naturally the room is small but it is perfect for those who want a short break for one or two nights.

A real retreat - it is located in a cul de sac so it is totally quiet. The room and bathroom are very clean. The bed is is very comfortable. Self check in, reliable and hospitable hosts that provide guests with info and privacy and are available if you need anything. Excellent communication. Busses, supermarket and self service launderette nearby.

Although mentioned in the guide and provided with a large bottle in the room, I did forget the water in the bathroom is non-potable and my weary mind brushed my teeth with it - a reminder sign above the sink would be a good addition for the more absentminded.

Mary was a wonderful host and she and my mom got on like old friends. The neighborhood is a quiet, suburban part of Dublin that is still walking distance to a good pub, lots of green space, and a new shopping development. The rooms were comfortable, the bathroom very well-appointed, and Liam and Mary provide a great guide to both the rooms and the neighborhood.

The location was a bit hidden from the city and a very quiet and relaxing place, that means I did not like it...it was as it is! My point of view

Everything 🤩 was super and the people who living in, I mean, Liam and Mary, they are so special and very good people 🤩 I loved them XX thank you for everything and the special time spent in there! Maybe I am coming back, who knows 😉 xx

It was simply wonderful. From the cleanliness of the room, the friendliness of the people, the availability to help with everything I needed. My expectations were positively exceeded. I class it as spectacular and I encourage everyone who wants to spend quality time to choose this place. Personally, I will not go anywhere else and this place will be my favorite in the future.

I had to arrive late due to an event and I was able access the property via a key safe which was very helpful and there was also parking which was great. Room was clean and tidy exactly how described.
