Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomA bit noisy because of nearby wedding venues. Also, the cost of dinner should be made clearer.
A delightful place to stay. Lovely garden and the upstairs rooms are charming and very comfortable. Manvir is a great host. Very helpful and friendly. Breakfasts are very good. Good location for visiting the Amer Fort.

United KingdomThe delightful staff couldn’t have been more considerate and helpful. The Mosaics guest house is a small paradise on the edge of a big city with beautifully furnished, simple rooms and a glorious garden. It’s the perfect place to come home to after a busy days sightseeing in and around Jaipur.

GermanyThere is not much to dislike about this place honestly. What I would like to point out though, is the bathroom, slightly small and clumsy , nevertheless works perfectly with running hot and cold water. Additionally, the cost of food was slightly higher , according to the market rate. We understand the quality and home cooked, handpicked ingredients, however, my suggestion would be to have slightly reasonable rate for main courses. Also, if possible , breakfast menu can be extended.
Pretty much everything was near to perfect at Mosaics guest house . Starting with stuffs and owners, kitchen stuffs and hospitality, facilities were all up to the expectations. The food was excellent, menus were vast and covered almost all major cuisines, not to mention classic Indian delicacies. The breakfast was tasty and healthy. We had several lunch and dinners and owners made sure that we got what we chose for. Location was a bit far from city centre of Jaipur but if you avoid the hustles of city and want to live near Amer village, it's perfect. WiFi was also satisfactory. Outdoor garden and sitting places were a valuable addition to our evening. Altogether, a very cosy and pleasant honey experience.

BelgiumThe location is quite far from Jaipur city (ca 30-40 min drive) which could make it hard to get a taxi (esp at night). Also not the best sleep (noise in the area and other guests at the time).
Very welcoming hosts offering great meals (including European dinner), lovely facility with garden and rooftop.

IndiaIf you are looking at a budget travel place, are a backpacker or are going to travel mostly a the city centre then this place is not for you as its located in amer side and isnt pocket friendly in comparison to zostels. But if you are up for spending a lil bit over the zostel budget it still gives you all the comfort royal treatment, beautiful views and supreme stay at a very less budget than that of places like leela palace, taj etc.
This place is a heaven and not like your regular hotel if you are coming for a leisure trip with your family or friends! The property is built in a way that it makes you feel welcomed and fresh all the time. The rooms are great and the surrounding areas on the property are too beautiful. The staff here is always there to help you for all your needs. The cook and caretaker uncle are super sweet and all the food from butter to jam from bread to raw pasta is all made fresh handmade and with love. The treatment here is true example of ghar wali khatirdari. I will truly recommend the place.

United KingdomWe had a hiccup with our booking but Sitaram went over and above to make it right. He is extremely gracious, kind and thoughtful and took great care of my sick husband. Thank you Sitaram. A thoughtfully decorated and very comfortable guesthouse. Delicious food and excellent service -a peaceful retreat slightly outside of Jaipur. We highly recommend staying here.
