The room was spacious and comfortable and good value for money. Everything worked well. I liked that the room has a fridge and a balcony. Special thanks to Mehbub for handling all of my queries and making my stay hassle free. The location is only 2 minutes walk from Candolim beach which was really convenient.

Room spray was so strong and that was the only thing they need to change. Washrooms were clean and neat👍

Pretty decent room and the price was reasonable even at the day before new year. Staff were good.

While everything was commendable, I would suggest looking into cleaning the refrigerator in the room. Although it was functional, it could benefit from more frequent cleaning. This minor point aside, everything else about the property is exceptional.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property, and it was a truly delightful experience. The rooms are exactly as shown in the photos—spacious, spotlessly clean, and hygienic. All amenities, including drinking water, geyser, AC, and lighting, were in perfect working order. Each room also has a small sitting area outside, overlooking a few plants, which adds a nice touch of greenery. A special mention to Mehboob from the support staff, who was extremely courteous. The property also features a vibrant restaurant with live music in the evenings, making it a fantastic place for dinner. The owner, Mr. Jack, deserves appreciation for his thoughtfulness. Understanding that I was traveling with my aged mother, who has walking limitations, he considered my request and we were given the first room, which made her stay very comfortable and stress-free. The property’s location is another big advantage—it is right on the main road yet offers peaceful and noise-free rooms. Additionally, it is conveniently close to the beach, which is a great plus for beach lovers. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-located stay with warm hospitality. It’s a must-visit, and I would happily stay here again!

Simple yet value for money. Basic amenities were enough (AC, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, electric kettle, Geyser, Attached bathroom with 24 hrs water supply). The property is located on the main road in candolim. The property is nearby everything you need during your stay. Beach, main road connectivity, shops, supermarket, taxi stand, restaurants and bars. Jack and his caretaker of property were kind and humble.

Not a complaint at all! just perhaps feedback to make things smoother ? there was no information or instruction on how things worked during the stay, such as cleaning, did I have to leave the key for that etc BUT, perhaps that was just a language gap. As a low maintainance guest, it was all fine. Maybe a simple sheet on the door with info?....That said, on simple request, towels were replaced and offer of a room refresh made. Jack did make contact again mid stay to check in and ensure everything was fine which was most welcomed. access is through the restaurant rather than seperate, but being one of the last venues to close anyway, it was fine :) (sorry to disturb the staff in the morning as they cleaned )

Easy to book, and contact very quickly from Jack the owner with videos and pictures of the room. great communication pre-stay. Location is AMAZING... ( if you know Candolim or are looking at a map, its directly opposite Newtons, pretty much at the junction with Beach Road). on arrival, Mehbub greeted us and showed the room, took payment and filled out the relevent document needed. The room is simply what it is.. and is exactly like the photos! comfy bed, fridge, AC and fan. Would consider staying again for sure. if you want simplicity in a comfy clean room, Vaddo 15 is a YES from me.

Entry to rooms are from hotel Vadde 15, which is a bit uncomfortable every time in and out via hotel/ cafe.

Care taker Mehaboob is kind and decent. The room was good, AC was working, hot water, had a kettle and the room was near the Candolim beach.

It’s really worth it this is my 8th time to Goa but I stayed here for the second time and I will always book here when ever I come again to Goa place owner jack bale is really friendly and the staff member Pramod he helps us every time for anything 24x7 he lifts the call if u need something thank you so much I hope u guys also book this guest house rosy guest house ❤️
