Approach to the property esp the last 500mtrs is very bad. The property needs a refurbish as the amenities etc have become jaded

The Villa swimming pool was not cleaned properly inspite of our prior request . We had to get it cleaned with persuasion.

The only downside is that at night when the lights are turned on inside the bathroom, the silhouette is very visible from outside because the blinds are very thin and light.

The duplex - Jakaranda is absolutely fabulous. Stunning view from the pool and bedroom. More than ample space. Loved it. The staff is wonderful - very jovial, courteous and respectful. Overall, it was an absolutely enjoyable stay.

We were charged 14k for a couple for a new years eve gala dinner (without alcohol) which was extremely disappointing. The singer couldnt sing to save his life. The stated that a lucky draw will be held which wasnt held. That could have been better organised or made optional.

Its a perfect property if you want to spend quality time with your pets. However if you dont have dogs then i wouldnt recommend that you stay here as you would find better properties with the same or better facilities. Having said that the staff is good and well trained and do try to make the stay as comfortable as possible.

All was fantastic at the resoirt. The last stretch connecting to the resort is a muddy path so need to drive carefully. Also it may help to have the resort signanges along the route once we turn from the highway.

Beautiful green resort with peace and tranquility, lovely to see peacocks walking around. Rooms are grand, very spacious and well maintained. Service is very friendly, enjoyed our meals.
