Self check in makes arrival flexible and very easy. There is a big kitchen so you can cook even if there are other guests. We had the double room with bathroom: it was big and clean. Grest position if you want to visit the geysir area, there is also a little shop nearby

Everything was great. I dont understand the negative comments, this is the best accomodation we ever had in Iceland. We stayed 5 nights. Warm rooms, silence, nature. The host was really friendly. Totally equipped kitchen. I highly recommend this for everyone.

Harold was very nice and even taught us how to pronounce some Icelandic words properly. Loved the big kitchen, herbal teas, and comfortable room with waterfall shower.

Great house and great value! Our room was spacious and comfortable with a mini fridge, kettle and some coffee supplies. The house is spacious with a huge downstairs kitchen/dining area and a well stocked kitchen. The man cleaning each morning was friendly and has a very cute and friendly dog. but the highlight was the SHOWER! Top 5 showers of my life, the water pressure was so strong it felt like standing under a waterfall. Truly incredible. Also good wifi

The state of the kitchen was poorly maintained however functional.

Fantastic guesthouse. I recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay. We booked 1 hr beforehand and check in was seamless. The host was wonderul and accomodating. The facilities are great, great shower, comfortable room. Very quiet, best sleep I’ve had in a long time.

The only downside we saw was that the room, especially the bathroom was quite cold and we did not find any heating.

We had a room with a private bathroom. It also had a little kitchen area with a sink, microwave, fridge and cooking zone. The room was quite big, it had a small TV and a closet. The beds were very comfortable and the room was modern and clean. The bathroom was quite big and newly renovated. The whole room was wheelchair accessible, including the bathroom. The kitchen area outside for the whole house was big and well stocked. There was a coffee/tea/hot chocolate station where guests could help themselves to everything they wanted.

The guesthouse met our expectations. The room was nice, clean, spacious and quiet. The dining area is very welcoming and pleasant, it provides all the necessary utensils for cooking and complimentary coffee and tea. There is convenient parking right at the door. Overall, it’s a good option.

Bedroom 5 with the balcony was really tiny. In the shared bathroom, there was only the fixed rain shower, which is not ideal if you don't intend to wash your hair.

Guesthouse in a nice quiet location that was good for our road trip around Iceland. Rooms were clean and equipped with a refrigerator and TV. Guest sharing kitchen was very well equipped with plenty of plates, utensils and some basic spices to cook. The kitchen has a lovely dining area with large glass windows overlooking a garden.
