It doesn't really look like a Guesthouse from the outside. I know that self check-in is convenient, but I would have liked to have seen someone. Maybe needs more hobs, pots and pans. Mostly soundproofed, but noise from the shower can be heard in the bedroom.

Comfy beds. You can see the mountains from the bedroom window, and the Northern lights from the car park (just about). Inside is very clean and modern. Petrol station and restaurant are close, and not much further to supermarket.

There are 5 rooms that share one bathroom, that has one shower, one toilet, and one sink.

The price was right. It is located in a good-sized town. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking pots and pans. The fridge is set up with a shelf for each room.

The guesthouse has 5 rooms occupied by atleast 2 persons in each room and only ONE shared washroom!! That was inconvenient and long wait with about 10 people using just 1 bathroom and toilet.

Location is good. Room was clean and cute. Shared spaces were clean and organized.

Hosts were quick to respond to communications, room was clean and comfortable. Shared kitchen area had all of the necessary appliances and equipment.

1. only one toilet and shower booth shared among five rooms, which I was not aware of when booking. Had I known this in advance, I would have chosen a different place. 2. Toilet door closes loudly, and the sound clearly carries into the next room. It woke me up every time someone used it and disturbed my rest throughout the stay. 3. toilet paper was not refilled in the morning which was very inconvenient.

The property was pristine. We had never stayed at a guesthouse before so didn’t know what to expect but we loved it. It is nicely decorated and filled with thoughtful little touches like the tvs in each room.

5 bedroom share only 1 bathroom. And this bedroom has the only sink, shower and toilet in the property. It means that people cannot even brush teeth when someone taking shower or using toilet.

There is only one room with a toilet and a shower. That’s way not enough for 10 people. You don’t have privacy at all. While showering you hear and smell the person pooping next to you. Additionally, there were some brown spots on my pillow cover. Overall I don’t recommend this spaced. For the accommodation: next time build one room less and one bathroom more, and don’t think too much about maximizing profit.

One single bathroom was shared by five rooms approximately 10 people. Also kitchen cookwares were very worn out, most of them should be replaced, especially the nonstick cookware. The room was small, which is acceptable, but it does not make sense to have three beds in a small room. I could not move around without moving my luggage out of the way. Also the room has a strange wood glue smells.

I was so impressed with this property. Very nice and clean. Rooms were comfortable and the kitchen and WC were well stocked. Highly recommend.
