Great place! We had to book last minute due to severe weather. There was a shared lounge with TV which was great space to relax after stressful day of travel. We overlooked that bathrooms were shared when booking but this was not an issue at all. The staff was FANTASTIC. Brita let us do laundry! They help with luggage and even cleared snow off our car in the middle of a blizzard and actually offered to come help us with their snow plow if we got stuck or needed a ride to the airport in the 30+ cm of snow. We felt like we had friends in Iceland! The accommodations were VERY clean, and comfortable and staff made us feel safe. Loved the light with a fan next to each bed. The extra touches (cookies and decor) let you know they care about thier guests. Breakfast was the best of all the bookings we did on this trip.

Hi, the room was perfect for our nights stay, comfy bed, warm duvet. Staff was super responsive to all my emails with questions before our arrival. Breakfast had lots of choices to fill us up before our day of hiking. A perfect place to rest and recharge for the night. We shared bathroom with other rooms and there were lots of showers, and bathrooms available so no constant waiting for free shower.!

No shared kitchen thought. But there is a small corner with microwave, kettle, and sink..you can heat up your prepared foods from the grocery

1. Breakfast is very very generous, evenuch better than other hotel with euro18 charge! 2.shared bath room and separate toilet very clean and no need to wait 3.isolated on a small hill, we experienced our first aurora given it's a bit light (in Sept)

Great rooms, comfortable beds. In Kitchen there's microwave, kettle, cutlery, bowls glasses and mugs. Whole building is very clean. Great breakfast included in the price of the night. Hosts are super nice and friendly.

Second last night in Iceland after two weeks. First place with someone to welcome and help/answer any questions. Everything was clean. Had to leave before breakfast so they made a breakfast bag. Highly recommend.

Did not love sharing a communal bathroom but this is per the listing. Facility was clean and functional. Seems a bit pricey but Iceland is more costly.

The facility is very clean with quality sheets and towels. We arrived late, about 22.00,. This was past standard hours. The host simply left the door open and provided simple instructions. Very gracious host. The breakfast was healthy and delicious especially the smoked salmon. A real treat.

Staff was amazing. I forgot my shampoo and conditioner there and they kept my things for a week so I could pick my things up after completing the ring road. It was clean, breakfast was great and I really liked the coconut chips they served at breakfast. It wasn't a fancy place but it was actually better than I expected. Room was a bit small but the price was very reasonable. I think I would stay here again.

Excellent stay at this well equipped guest house. The owners made us very welcome, helped us with our luggage, and spent a considerable time advising us the best way to see local attractions. The location is ideal for the Golden Circle.
