There was a kitchen ( but unfortunately no pots to Cook in).

We booked for 9 People and only got just 7 beds 80 cm wide. When we tried to call the recomended number, nobody answered. There was no aditional matress or covering.

I don’t understand the low score. What more could you want than super easy checkin, proper kitchen and dining tables, clean bathrooms and cosy rooms? Compared to everything else available, this was great value. Me and my son loved this place.

It was very clean, bathrooms, bedroom, and kitchen were all simple but functional. The beds were nice, and the location was easy to find. Would definitely recommend!

The accommodation is very pleasant overall—warm, nicely decorated, with a kitchen and several tables, and clean bathrooms. Our room was a bit small for two adults with a baby, but it was fine. It had heating, was clean, and included a small sink.

They mention that check-in must be done by 9 PM, which is quite difficult for anyone traveling around Iceland, given the long distances between towns. The worst part is that it’s self check-in and we never saw anyone, so arriving a little later would have been fine. Because of this, we had to rush, which wasn’t very convenient with an 8-month-old baby.

A great little place for the cheap price. Quiet building, didnt hear other guests at all. Very nice common sitting areas and kitchen with good facilities. Nice restaurant within 200m. Tiny room with 2 single beds, but still good value.

Check in was confusing and we needed help from another guest to gain access.

When we arrived, we tried to check in our room which was already occupied by someone else. We sent a message via booking and they solved immediately the situation giving us an other room.

The kitchen was really dirty and poor of tools

Cheaper compared to other places, but maybe spending a bit more money could be worth it. The room was small but okay.

I guess the room we booked was in another building than the one on booking, cause the kitchen looked different. The whole place didn't look very curated. The kitchen had basic equipment, but didn't have any windows, and dish soap was missing. Bathrooms and showers were not really comfortable. There just weren't many instructions about the place, no contact with the owners, and we met other people who booked there that couldn't get into their room and had to wait for a couple of hours, cause the owners weren't answering their calls

Great location off of the one main road in Iceland.

The shared kitchen was dirty, didn't include soap, no paper towels or anything to dry hands in the bathroom, there was scale mold and mildew in the shower, the common areas smelled like throw up. The walls inside the room had stuff on them, the duvet covers were extremely thin and old, and literally falling apart. The pillows were flat and old as well we wrapped ours in the towels and used our clothes instead of the blankets. These could be really cute but they fall short in every way except for the location.

Smell. It was bearable, but existence of smell in the bedroom is a quick mood killer.

No place for many lugagges , and the pods have not a very good isolation

Small guest house, good kitchen and dining facilities, plenty of parking.

Nothing enough bathrooms.

Microwave not cleaned . No have dish washing liquid .

I liked the room.

1.I arrived at the site. I was told I would have a text/email informing me of the code to get into the accommodations area and my room number. I did NOT receive this info. I called the given phone number severage times. A recorded message in Icelandic was all I got. Finally, I received the necessary info. A bad start to the stay. 2. When I returned from dinner a young lady from China eperienced the exact same thing. No codes, message in Icelandic, exasperating wait. Not good. 3. I got up twice during the night to pee. Water was leaking from the bottom of the toilet fixture. 4. The parking lot was broken pavement. The other problems were worse. All in all, not good management.

Great location, comfortable beds.

Quite dirty, especially in communal areas (beds are tidy) Some bathroom doors not closing, dirty toilet rooms. It is cheapest around the area…

Room was great. Loved having a little sink in the room!!

Was decent accommodation; however, there was no guidance on check-in. We received the room number and code, but it was challenging to find the place and the entrance. Fortunately, one of the inmates out for a smoke was a ble to help is find a way in and parking space for the. Car. It would have been great if the receptionist had answered the phone.

The Location. Citchen well equipped.

Check in was Not possible because our door was locked. When trying to reach the Host (sms, phone, booking Chat) for over an Hour no one answered. We were Lucky someone else booked right at our arrival so a staff member came to Open her door and ours. The shower and toilets were really Not clean.
