Lovely landscape just outside with close walk to the waterfall and great views through the window. Comfy beds, clean house overall. Cozy kitchen and patio outside of it for a morning tea with a view.

So close and convenient to the waterfall with parking! The kitchen was great and well stocked.

Kitchen was spacious and it's located very close to Skogafoss, being able to see it from the kitchen. The room was good and comfy.

The shower water was not warm. We all took a bit cold shower. I let the staff know and they tried to fix it, but it didn't improve. When I called them, the lady was rude saying "she has checked and there was plenty of hot water". They came to check and turn off the hot water while my friend was in the shower. Although the place was nice, not having hot water in a 8 weather degrees is a no go.

Good location perfect for a roadtrip. Very straight-forward accommodation, but good kitchen facilities and the property seemed well looked-after.

There were more people sharing the bathroom facilities than I had expected from the booking process.

Private room has access from the exterior, which is more private, but is kind of a pain taking your shoes on and off to good to the common space

Everything was great and clean. You can walk until the waterfall (and avoid paying the car Park entrance). Rooms and dining room have a great view on the waterfall

The facilities were very modern and clean. It was in a good location and walking distance to Skogafoss.

Close to the waterfall and trails.

Very convenient location. Quick walk to the falls and the bus stop. View of falls from our room. Comfortable bed. Nice change from the huts we had been staying in for the past six days or so.

The entry code was going to be sent to us the day before we were to arrive. However we were hiking on the trail with no wifi nor cell and so would have had no way of receiving the code. However one of the hut custodians called the owner for us and got us the code a few days early, so all worked out.

Very comfortable common area, kitchen with all equipment which we needed. Amazing views from the window.

This is located just steps away from the Skogar waterfall and one end of the Fimmvorduhals Trail, and close to the very good restaurant at the Skogar Hotel. I stayed in the efficient little one person studio.

I think you just have to know what you're in for. You're getting a relatively budget-friendly accommodation very close to some of Iceland's most beautiful wonders. But that's it. There were a lot of flies in the room, but they didn't ever land on me.
