Good price

Very uncomfortable bunk beds with very thin mattress so you could feel the metal rods through the mattress and very loud squeaking noises with the slightest movement waking up the entire room. Had to lay the mattress on the floor and sleep there. Also had to go down to basement for showers.

Everything was great. Nothing wrong to say (just that hôtels in Iceland are very expensive everywhere, Even with shared bathroom)

2 visits and coffee machine wasn't working. Toilets need to be cleaned more frequently. The religious stuff on the walls doesn't help the atmosphere.

Clean, warm room. Nice place to stay.

Kitchen and breakfast cool

We booked a Tipie and couldnt sleep inside it was full of spiders like everywhere into the bed, under the sheets, on the canvas, on the floor, on the pillows. The entry of the tipie was totally wet, We finally ending by sleeping in our car, as no one from the establishment was around when we arrived at 11pm to offer a solution. No answer even days after my messages about this, so a bit disappointed.

It was simple and comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

Great place close to golden circle. Exactly how it’s described. The standout thing for me was then breakfast which they had from 7-10am. The washroom was shared but we had no problem accessing it.

It was quite clean but could have used minor cleaning every day in the lobby.

Lovely hotel. Easy check, even if you arrive after reception closes. Prime location just off the speedway.

Really spacious room and good location & view. Shared toilet was alright and did the job. We did love the breakfast, very rich and perfect to kickstart a day of sightseeing.

The shared kitchen looked and felt a bit “sad” overall (the worst we experienced in Iceland). Also, the property did not communicate with us timely and we were not shared any information on how to self check-in. Upon asking other guests, we managed to get in touch with the property and someone showed up to finally let us in our room. As avid travelers, we kept our cool and managed to solve the issue relatively quickly, but it might have caused much more distress in a less expert traveler. Very bad job this time around.

Self check in details are clear. Small but neat room, breakfast is exceptional. Each bed has charging point.

We were three persons but they provided only one towel for three. There was nobody in the reception to ask for our needs. Tolilets and showers were not so neat.
