“We went there and the owner was not at the property and gave us the wrong code to get the keys. We called him several times but he did not answer and we even had to ask for help from people passing by. Finally, he contacted us and told us that if you can’t get in then cancel the booking and get a refund from booking.com. We had to book a new hotel on the spot and got there late night. This actually looked like a scam.”
