very charming idyl in the historic center of Gorizia. Charming common room with free coffee and tea. If you smoke - very nice smoking sofa just outside.

The only issue we had was that our room was off the kitchen and we could hear the other guests at night and in the morning. Might not be good if you're a light sleeper.

The location was great and beds were comfortable with good pillows which I was thankful for. Out room and bathroom were also very clean.

The location was very convenient, close to the castle, museums and restaurants. Breakfast was OK, although I could not operate the coffee machine well and had tea instead.

Great facilities! Clean, well furnished, central. Bonus points for being pet friendly! Just note you can’t park i. Front of the building, so if you have a lot of luggage like we did, there might be some hassle, but nevertheless - very convenient location. Parking is available 200-300 m away.

Beautifully restored building and rooms, fully of character and charm, in the very center of the town. We slept well in the comfortable bed, and the shower/bathroom is spacious clean and well equipped. We were greeted by our hosts ... both super friendly and with helpful advice on where to eat in town. Plus there was a secure place to store our bikes.

The only problem is that it is a little difficult to find. When we called the hosts they answered the first time, but when we called again because we were in doubt about where to enter the flats which are in the middle of a constuction site, there was no reply. The video that we had been sent beforehand basically just showed that you were supposed to put the key in the door which can be of no surpise to anybody. Subsequently - during our 2-day stay we did not see anybody

The rooms are good, location is excellent.

Unfortunately, our timing was bad as there was construction on the street outside, which was a bit noisy, but that was not the fault of our host!

The host was friendly and spoke great English which made it easy. The shared kitchen area was well equipped and a really nice spot to sit and enjoy our breakfast. Large, nice bathroom!

Perfect location in the centre of Gorizia. The room design is beautiful. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The staff was helpful: I really appreciated a possibility to leave my luggage for a while after checkout.
