BE WARNED, READ CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS CLEARLY. Enjoy a small game similar to finding a treasure, to get to your room you will need to visit 2 separate buildings, through multiple corridors, enter 3 PIN codes, use a key, and a key card. You know your room and stuff will be safe with the extra security lol. The bed was rock hard, as with the pillows, it was pretty difficult to get comfortable. The bathrooms are a bit quirky, the sinks spray water everywhere, ours only had a bathtub which was actually ok, we enjoyed it but I wish it was more clear there is no shower. My bad for not reading.

Location is wonderful, AC is good, room was nice looking with high ceilings and a large space.

Bathroom 😒😏 bath at least needs courtain for taking shower. There are a lot of solutions to adopt bath to shower these time and I think this investment is absolutely necessary. Quite complicated check in procedure, but carefully following instructions no problems. By the way.. massage chair was not working… at least at our visit… and unfortunately so do kettle… so even if there were cups and tea pots, obviously morning tea was not possible… I would say some inspection and better care would be big plus to these appartments 😉

It has a complicated check in procedure. The building has a creepy elevator but it wasnt an issue actually. Overall satisfied

Lack of shower!

It was more thsn our expectation. The suits are spacious, clean and well facilitated. Everything was great, except the bathtub which lacks standing shower. In a nutshell, it was exceptional.

Great stay at a reasonable price! A10-minute walk takes you both to the Santa Maria Novella train station or the Old Town of Florence. Very friendly staff! We could leave our luggage before we checked in and also later, after checking out, which was very convenient. The apartment is located in a great neighbourhood - there's plenty of restaurants, cafes and pastry shops nearby. The vibe of the area is much less touristic, which allows you to relax after sightseeing. The room was large, easy to access, and clean. There were enough towels and toiletries. The bed was large and comfortable. There's a wifi, a kettle, and water in the room.

Check-in process was a little bit of hassle. If you’re a solo female traveller would advice to arrive before the sunset since we arrived just after sunset and the area near the station freaked me out. Otherwise it is a very good place to stay

I thought I needed a master to get into the room! I arrived late at night and the automated message drove me crazy! The other day after the check out I left my luggage but I had to take them till 6.30. I don't know why! So I had to walk with my luggage the rest of my time in florence......

Bath: Horrible looking ceiling Leaking bath(not sealed properly), leaking shower wire and sink. Rotten door (because of the constant leaking and wet floor) was difficult to open and close them Sink shelf ripped out of wall and because of this it is healed Towel with hole in it As a construction guy i would advise do not call a cheapest guy no more Room: Fridge was empty

Little bit noisy from another floor when people walk. No shower cap. Air conditioner doesn’t cool much, it needs a refill, in that specific room, not sure about other rooms.

Everything inside the room is clean. Good hair dryer. Shower gel (package) smell good. Hot water cold water is perfect. Massage chair Wifi perfect

The room quite sparse. The fridge didn’t work, in fact the opposite it warmed the drinks up.

Its position was good for the train station and restaurants for both sides of the river. The room was clean. It also quiet with very little outside noise.
