Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaBE WARNED, READ CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS CLEARLY. Enjoy a small game similar to finding a treasure, to get to your room you will need to visit 2 separate buildings, through multiple corridors, enter 3 PIN codes, use a key, and a key card. You know your room and stuff will be safe with the extra security lol. The bed was rock hard, as with the pillows, it was pretty difficult to get comfortable. The bathrooms are a bit quirky, the sinks spray water everywhere, ours only had a bathtub which was actually ok, we enjoyed it but I wish it was more clear there is no shower. My bad for not reading.
Location is wonderful, AC is good, room was nice looking with high ceilings and a large space.

LithuaniaBathroom 😒😏 bath at least needs courtain for taking shower. There are a lot of solutions to adopt bath to shower these time and I think this investment is absolutely necessary. Quite complicated check in procedure, but carefully following instructions no problems. By the way.. massage chair was not working… at least at our visit… and unfortunately so do kettle… so even if there were cups and tea pots, obviously morning tea was not possible… I would say some inspection and better care would be big plus to these appartments 😉

PolandGreat stay at a reasonable price! A10-minute walk takes you both to the Santa Maria Novella train station or the Old Town of Florence. Very friendly staff! We could leave our luggage before we checked in and also later, after checking out, which was very convenient. The apartment is located in a great neighbourhood - there's plenty of restaurants, cafes and pastry shops nearby. The vibe of the area is much less touristic, which allows you to relax after sightseeing. The room was large, easy to access, and clean. There were enough towels and toiletries. The bed was large and comfortable. There's a wifi, a kettle, and water in the room.
