Everything was great!

This was a great location to attend the Papal Audience and do the Vatican tour. It was about a 15 minute walk. The bed was super comfortable and we loved sitting on the balcony. It was very close to a grocery store and lots of great bars and restaurants. Pardo had a wealth of information about areas of Rome to visit and how to get there. The shared kitchen had a fridge with water and the coffee was delicious.

He truly thinks of everything from detailed directions and personalized recommendations to a custom map of the city tailored to what we wanted to see and do. He’s incredibly friendly, bubbly, and responsive, always just a message away if we needed anything, yet never intrusive. You can tell he genuinely cares about making every guest’s experience special. Thanks to his help, we felt confident navigating Rome and discovering amazing local spots we never would’ve found on our own. House walls are pretty thin and the audibility is better than it should be. Memory foam mattress is not for anyone

Very hospitable host, excellent room and facilities. Tasty tea and coffee. Exceptional positioning in the beautiful city of Rome. Near the house there is everything you could possibly need: supermarket, tobacco shop (with bus tickets), pasterias. The bus station which is very near the place has bus routes to all places to see.

Very clean, confort, quite. Love the small kitchen for night tea. Close to transportation and restaurants and supermarket. Pardo was un amazing host, very concern and allways available for us. Thank you. We will return.

Location was great, the area was lovely and quiet. About a 10 minute walk to the Vatican, 3 minute walk to the nearest bus route to get into the heart of Rome. The apartment itself was located in a residential apartment building. There was everything you would expect to find and more in this apartment. It was spotless, the communal kitchen had tea and coffee machines (real beans 🫘), microwave, dishwasher, fridge (always stocked with bottled water). That leads me to Pardo, the apartment owner/manager. He was so so helpful in so many ways, from organising taxis to always being available to assist with any queries. Prior to arriving in Rome, he was also helpful, contacting me with information on transport links into the city from the airport and also giving recommendations on things to do and see whilst in Rome.

Everything! The spacious apartment looks exactly as shown on the photos, has comfy beds, a beautiful bathroom and is very clean. Furthermore there is a kitchen with a coffee machine that makes excellent coffee, there are water bottles, and there is a fridge. The location is also very nice, located in a quiet area with enough shops and restaurants in the surroundings. In addition there is a bus station at 5 min walking distance that goes to the centre and Roma Termini train station. Pardo is an excellent host who does the extra mile ! He really wants his guests to be comfortable. Thank you, Pardo!

Location was perfect, only a 10 minute walk from the Vatican square. Lovely irish pub across the road from our apartment. A very well stocked local shop next door with everything you need. Some lovely and very reasonably priced restaurants on the same street and we tried a different one every night. Nothing - it was perfect

The property was very easy to find thanks to Pardo’s instructions! It was exceptionally clean, spacious, exactly like the photos - there’s also a small communal area outside the room with a stocked fridge (eg water, cans) which was a really nice touch and addition! The aircon worked perfectly, the tv was huge and had all the apps like Netflix. Plenty of storage (massive wardrobes!) and a very modern bathroom.

The apartment is located in a strategic position, perfect to reach the city center by foot or public transportation (10 minutes by foot from San Pietro cathedral). The rooms are fresh, renovated, clean and amazingly designed. Pardo was the best host we ever met, and helped us organize our weekend in Rome, including giving us inspirational suggestions to upgrade our experience. He went out of his way to enrich our time in Rome and make sure we would have a great time!

Nothing about the property but I would recommend to familiarise yourself with time tables and routes for train and buses. There was train strike during our visit, better be prepared if you need to go to airport or travel to central Rome.

The property is short walk from main street, 10-15 mins from the Vatican. It suits us as we prefer quiet area and further away from touristic attractions. There are good amenities nearby: supermarkets, cafes, Gelateria, restaurants, pubs and a pharmacy. The room itself is spacious, equipped with aircon and modern bathroom. There is pantry for guests with coffee machine, hot water, fridge/freezer and white goods. The weather was 35 degrees during our stay, so having access to fridge/freezer was a lifesaver. It almost felt like we were at home which was nice. Among others, Pardo was very helpful and accommodating. He provided with instructions and guidance how to navigate around Rome. Mind you, it was my first time in Rome and I was a bit clueless on how to navigate around.

Great place to stay. Very close to Vatican City. Bus stop and train station close by. Close by many restaurants and grocery options. Pardo was an amazing host. Very thoughtful and there if needed. Even had a bus ticket available in case we had trouble on the buses with tickets so we wouldn’t be fined. Has a small balcony which was lovely to sit outside (It was actually a balcony with space to sit). Shared kitchen space with great coffee maker. Spotlessly clean.

Spotless, very very clean. Rooms are super comfortable, very well decorated. Locations is very well situated close to the bus stops to go directly to Rome city center and close to the Vatican and the train station. And the absolutely must is Pardo, the host. Amazing person, plenty of good plans to help you have the best stay in Rome.
