I didn’t like that the breakfast items were left unchanged, which could mean stale food and pose a hygiene risk.

The location was excellent, very close to the center of Genoa, with restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The room met our expectations and was clean. There was no problem finding parking; blue-marked public parking spaces were available on the back street. Check-in was very easy via WhatsApp video call. The breakfast buffet was the same on both days, and while it was convenient, I think leaving open food unchanged for a long time could be risky from a hygiene perspective. Overall, we recommend this accommodation for anyone looking for a central stay in Genoa.

The breakfast was poor. One of the milk cartoons had gone off and was solid and cheesy. Lift too small for buggy. And shower tray flimsy feel like you’re going to fall through. Was no bin for general waste and only a tiny pedal bin in our bathroom. And with a baby we filled that with nappies very quickly, and wasn’t emptied throughout our 3 night stay which felt unhygienic

Parking is public, be prepared to spend 1,70 per hour during the day there. Thin walls, you hear everything from the shared appartment. Shower is nice but it takes 10 minutes to warm up.

Friendly contact, good location. Clean. High quality windows to keep street noise out. Breakfast is typical, limited selection of carbon/sugar only.

Apartment was dirty when we arrived. There was missing toilet paper and food for breakfast was old and there weren’t enough options. Shower wouldn’t turn on hot water for more than 5s. Our light in bahtroom didn’t work. Very sqeaky bed and it has broken Slatted base in half.

The room was dirty when I arrived, with large pieces of dust clearly visible on the floor, which shows a lack of proper cleaning. Breakfast was included, but unfortunately, it was not edible. The croissants were stale, the biscuits were old and dry. Even the cups provided were dirty. Food was already there when we arrived, but it was clear that the food was not fresh and not prepared to a proper standard. I hope these issues are addressed to improve the experience for future guests, as the owner was extremely helpful and available.

The check-in was done over a WhatsApp call with the owner of the Hostel. It seemed weird and unprofessional as we also had to send a picture of our ID for identification. On the last day of our stay we had a cockroach in our room!

I paid for this facility without being able to use it. I had called before booking, asking if I could check in early or leave my luggage and change clothes because I had a job interview and would be travelling all night. Upon my arrival in Genoa, I went to the address of the B&B but the door was closed, no one answered after ringing the bell several times, then, at 8:14 am, I called the same number where I had called before booking but no one answered, I left a message to contact me as soon as possible, but I received a wapp message after 5 pm and they denied my calls and were very rude. In the meantime, I found another more organised accommodation with polite and helpful staff.

Poor breakfast - it’a even not a breakfast, just cookies that are in the hall all the day: bread was moldy and while we were returning at the evening, we saw a cockroach right near our door. I was literally shocked by price/quality.

Parking could be a issue, finding a free spot especially in weekends might be a bit difficult. The bathroom has a defective door, it didn't close properly.

The location is indeed "a due passi" within walking distance from the centre area of the city, but also situated in a quiet zone. Plenty of shops and restaurants within munutes of walking. The room was clean and cosy, the breakfast was more a choice of sweet things but was ok.

Great location, so easy to find. Great communication and clean to a.high standard The breakfast was great as well as individually wrapped cakes and breads, there is cheese,eggs, yoghurt and fruit in the fridge and plenty fresh juice and tea and coffee.
