This was an amazing stay for us. The location is perfect right on the plaza, the rooms are lovely and the whole place has beautiful character. Giuliana our host was superb and so helpful and friendly, even helping us catch a taxi. We will definitely come back one day. Thank you!

Amazing, central location right next to the Duomo! Easy to walk to all sights. Beautiful old building. Our hosts Leonardo and Giuliana were very friendly and helpful. On arrival Leonardo made excellent restaurant and cafe suggestions, as well as explaining the distances around Florence. Great restaurant recommendation for a family run trattoria- Guido’s❤️Our room was very clean and serviced each day.

We really liked everything! The room was amazing and the hosts were exceptional! They were very helpful, and kind. The location couldn't be better! Very comfortable and also the room was very very clean. We definitely would want to stay here again if we come to Florence!

Words cannot describe how amazing the view was! The location was also fantastic, and Signora Giuliana was very generous in her hospitality and check in/out time (we were lucky to receive an early check in). We loved it!

The bed was a little soft for our taste and needed a little TLC. If you had mobility issues the stairs would be a challenge up to the rooms.

The location is truely exceptional. Amazing views of the square and the duomo! Even though we were in the heart of the action the room was still quiet to sleep.

Most beautiful place! Big room, amazing furnishings, cute little bathroom. Amazing location right at Duomo. The host Giuliana was super friendly, helpful & accommodating. Also arranged dinner for us in amazing little local restaurant, gave us tips for sightseeing and the perfect breakfast venue. So nice to interact with a REAL person! Have already recommended to a friend 👍

This place is the absolute perfect place with lovely classic Italian esthetics, has a nice amount of space as you have a bedroom and a sitting area, and then there’s location location location!! It’s right at the center so easy to get in every direction! Looking out the window and seeing the beautiful Cathedral of Santa Maria is breathtaking! And then the icing on the cake is that Mrs. Giuliana and Mr Leonardo were both absolutely incredible. They were responsive and helpful and so incredibly kind! I would absolutely stay here again.

We had an exceptional stay at the bed-and-breakfast in Florence! The location couldn't be better, right in front of the Duomo and perfectly situated for exploring all the main attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring we had a wonderful experience during our stay. Their warm hospitality made us feel right at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while experiencing the beauty of Florence. Highly recommend this charming spot to anyone visiting the city!

Very spacious and beautiful place. The apartment is in an old building, but a lot of work was done to bring the apartment up to modern standards and ensure the comfort of the guests (they added an elevator for luggage, air conditioning, new shower). Mrs Giuliana is really great, such a warm and sweet woman. And the best part: the location and view! Right in front of the cathedral. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!
