Great location - very close to the sea. The owner is very friendly. In this age of technology, even language barriers don't exist for him. He was always happy to provide information on any additional questions about the city, restaurants, or evening pubs.

The B&B is located right by the sea and just a short stroll from the promenade with numerous cafés and restaurants. The accommodation provides everything you need for a comfortable stay of a few days – towels, a sweet breakfast with coffee, drinkable tap water, toiletries, and a hairdryer. The host is friendly and accommodating. The view from the balcony of the “Aurora” room is beautiful and truly vacation-like – the sea is everywhere you look. Even more - there is also a melodious song from nearby church bells. I highly recommend this spaceous place, as everything you need for a great holiday is within easy reach. GianMarco is an excellent host. He carried our luggage to the room, gave excellent recommendations for restaurants (Zio Emilio is beyond delicious, does not open until 8:00 PM) and he is very full of life. Rate it a 10+

More appropriate for party lovers than families, as there is a bar at the ground floor (below the balcony), which operates up to 2. a.m. (or even longer), so you can get some sleep on Tuesday night, but not on Monday or Wednesday night) :-) Also, no TV channels were available.

Location in the city centre with lots of bars and restaurants in walking distance, free parking available, comfortable room with a balcony. Kind owner, although English is a challenge :-) Accomodation is dog friendly (at cost 20 EUR). It's also just accross the street from the beach (not so useful at the end of October, though).

Breakfast was generous and we loved the location. The room was very comfortable and our host was the best. A very helpful, generous and informative host. We loved our stay it was beyond our expectations. We would highly recommend the passo dal mare.

Absolutely perfect accommodation. The rooms are new, well-equipped, and everything was impeccably clean. The accommodation is situated in a beautiful location, right by the beach, and close to great cafes and restaurants, where one feels not only safe but also warmly welcomed. The host was very kind and extremely helpful with everything we needed. I highly recommend it in every aspect.

The shower drain was half blocked and the water didn't drain properly. No hooks or shelves in bathroom (except for two little hooks on shower glass) no towels rails at all, was difficult to find a dry and good spot for our stuff. No table or tray for our luggage which we had to keep on the floor. both LED bedside lamps (battery operated) where discharged and couldn't be used. Great idea to have 3 waste bins in the kitchen for garbage recycling, but no instructions at all what to put in which coloured bin. The included breakfast had only 1 coffee pod for each person...

Newly renovated room and common kitchen. Very well done with a good vibe. Comfy mattress. Very friendly hosts, easy going and reliable.

Check-in was very bad organized. There is a very loud bar under the balcony, very noisy at night. The room is clear. The breakfast is only packed stuff.
