The only negative I can say is the temperature of room at night for sleeping in loft was very hot. Never really cooled down.

The location was perfect and easy to walk everywhere. The rooms were very nice and perfect for our family. The breakfast and cappuccino were very good!

Nothing to add

First of all the staff - everybody was incredibly nice! We arrived later than expected, at 1am, and they were super flexible and still received us with a smile! The property has recently been renovated and had beautiful architecture. The room was very spacious, all brand new, beautiful and everything worked properly. It was also super clean. The breakfast was simple but freshly made and you could pick from a wide variety of options! Finally, it is very close to the historic center, so perfect location!

The hosts were wonderful. Family run business. They were very kind and helpful. Had many suggestions for us on places to visit. We particularly enjoyed their spa room. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Highly recommend.

Very convenient location to the old town. Rooms were spacious and very clean, they kindly upgraded us to a bigger room. Nice breakfast options served by the most lovely family. 100% would recommend.

Breakfast is simple. Parking is in a secure underground parking garage but about a 10 minute walk from the property.

The family managing the property are very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Franco went out of his way to help us with the car park. We received excellent recommendations for dinner. The room was very well appointed in a recently renovated historic building. Location is perfect, just a short walk to the main gate of the old town.

Perfect location in Polignano a Mare. It is located walking distance to the beach, downtown, restaurants and shopping. We had a car rental and added parking to our reservation. I recommend paying the extra fee for parking during busy season. It is a short 450m walk. Typical Italy narrow streets with lack of parking and the main road was closed for pedestrian traffic. Rooms are exactly as shown on online, beautiful, spacious, clean and still look newly renovated. Note: we had 2 rooms booked. Both rooms had stairs to access the 2 floor with the beds. Mentioning this for people who may have mobility issues.

The property was just beautiful. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The location is superb and only a minute or two walk from the entrance of the old town and only a 5 minute walk to the main beach of Polignano and a 10 minute walk to Cala Paura which was a much more comfortable beach. The family that runs the hotel is so beautiful and go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Breakfast was always home made by the family using only quality ingredients. I was so sad to leave this morning . I will definitely be going back as soon as possible!!!
