Great hotel. Very clean, comfortable, excellent air conditioning. We were family of 5 in huge room. The owners are wonderful, generous. Very good breakfast. 20 min drive to all Garda attractions.

Very very warm service. From breakfast to the room in general, you are going to be treated with a lot of kindness and always a big smile. With personalized attention and service, I'm coming back for sure to this hotel in the future. Highly recommend

Finding parking near the accommodation was difficult, and we had to carry our belongings from there. Upon arrival, there wasn't anybody here, and we received the information via phone. We were given only one NFC key card for the five of us. This card opened the exterior and interior doors and controlled the electricity, air conditioning, and lighting when inserted into the room slot. Accessing the room required climbing 60 steps (there was no elevator), which was a challenge for my elderly parents. (For breakfast, we had to take 72 steps down and then back up.) The room was 33°C (91°F) upon entering, so we turned on the single air conditioner, which meant we had to keep the NFC key card in the room slot for it to work. We had to call each other to open the door while carrying our things, and we didn’t understand why a group of five people was given only one key card. We also had to call each other after our evening walk to get back into the accommodation. We did not receive a response to our message on Booking.com about returning the ice blocks in the evening, and unfortunately, we couldn't resolve this. Fortunately, the lady who prepared breakfast gave us a few ice blocks, which saved the situation. Unfortunately, the single air conditioner could not cool the attic room effectively. It was still 27°C (81°F) at 1 AM, and not only was the bed uncomfortable (I kept bumping my elbows and knees on the wooden frame above), but the heat made it very hard to sleep. By 7 AM, the room temperature was still 25°C (77°F), even though the air conditioner was set to 19°C (66°F) and running at maximum capacity. I managed to get about three hours of sleep in total. This was the worst night of our entire trip.

The lady who prepared breakfast was very kind and made delicious fresh croissants and apple cake. The breakfast was superb, and we felt well-fed. At checkout, since we couldn't freeze the ice blocks, she gave us a few, which thankfully kept the chocolate and other food cool in the warm car. Thank you very much for her kindness!

I ordered a room for 2 parents and 2 kids, I entered the age of my kids for the reservation, but the room was booked only for a couple by mistake, there is some trick with the air-conditioning that it starts working only when all the windows are closed automatically, so there was no way to set the temperature, and it was impossible to keep the bathroom window open for fresh air, the air condition was a bit noisy but as the apartment is on a street road we had to choose between hearing cars or air condition, the bathroom was smelly, it looked really clean but the smell was unpleasant, this place has no equipment of apartment nor a hotel lobby that you can talk to when you do a late check out in case something goes wrong.
