Not a deal breaker for me, but steep hill and steps to get to the apartment. Worth it for the views.

The room had everything we needed for a quick stay in Manarola. The view is AMAZING!! Wonderful experience.

Beautiful view and location in wonderful Manorola. Great two bedroom apartment, super clean and wonderful people to greet us. This is our 2nd time to this apartment and we would highly recommend.

Internet not working, though owner fixed the issue. Shower a bit small though ok for us.

Great location, though like most hotels in Cinque Terre area there’s lots of stairs and steep inclines. Very large room, very clean, great view. Near centre of town, shops, restaurants. The owner great communicator, quick reply to questions.

It doesn't have a kitchen sink or a kitchen lol, but I wasn't cooking in italy anyway. It could use a couple of blankets and a chair or stool for balcony

Maybe some pots and pans for cooking since there is a stove and oven.

Great location for the other villages and easy access via train. Good instructions to property, just make sure to watch video before leaving WiFi. Washing machine was great!

Lots of stairs to get to, but it’s unavoidable for the nice view.

Spectacular view. Neat, spacious and well decorated apartment. We enjoyed 2 beautiful sunsets in the apartment.

The toilet smelled

The location was fantastic. The apartment was bigger than expected, nice kitchen, bathroom etc.

TV did not work and one lamp in kids bedroom but no problem when you are in Manarola and Cinque Terre with so much to do.

Great accommodation with a beautiful view. Extremely clean and tidy, very spacious. Very quiet being away from the main plaza and bars, but super close to everything you need in Manarola i.e. restaurants, close to walk to the water, shops, etc. Instructions to get to property were very good and we had no difficulty finding the property at all. Pretty easy walk up from the train station, not that many steps, but would recommend lighter luggage.

Beautiful view, at the top of the village so you got the breeze. It was furnished well and met all our needs. Francesca was very responsive and helpful. She met us on arrival and gave clear instructions as well as a great restaurant recommendation for dinner.

The lack of mirrors, TV in living room was not working.

Would love to have had mirrors in the bedrooms as there is only one mirror in the bathroom- With women this would have been much easier for us to get ready :)

The bed was a little soft for sleeping and the AC could be a little cooler. But these are minor things compared to the positive aspects of this place.

Francesca was great at communicating complicated directions to get to apartment. She went along a video. Incredible views and spacious. Lots of nice touches.

Nothing - the air con worked, the views were still stunning. The shower was hard to work out but that was an us issue !

Wonderful views, clean, located very close to the train station and local amenities but quiet and peaceful. Not a long walk from the station, just slight uphill but that’s the beauty of the area! Wonderfully friendly host, thank you Francesca! Morning espresso watching the sunset and lovely local wine in the fridge. We have travelled the world and been lucky to stay in some wonderful places, but this was the best!

The air conditioner was off when we arrived and we couldn’t make it work the first night. So it was very hot and uncomfortable that first night. The next day we ran into the next door neighbors and they said it wasn’t easy but they figured it out and told us how to navigate the remote. After that no problem. Recomendad to have a simple sheet with instructions for the remote. Also, we didn’t like that the building hallway outside the room didn’t have any lights, that was dangerous, we had to use the phones to illuminate the way to get through the hallway and stairs. Almost forgot, the tv remote in the living room didn’t work for the tv.

Need lungs of steel to carry luggage straight up from train station, but the views are worth the effort.

Every view was astounding. Loved having 2 separate spacious bedrooms for our family; plus a sitting area. Lots of storage for our things. Enjoyed the quick espresso machine in morning. There’s a nice breakfast very close, across courtyard from the church, it’s UP the hill from the property; take a right out the front gate.

Everything was great.

Perfect location and wonderful staff. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Loved the mini bar selections and the beds were very comfy. Could not beat the gorgeous views from balcony.
