Beautiful place, everything we needed, peaceful, Valentina was lovely and couldn't have done more for us

The beds are very old and not so comfortable, which is normal considering the pricepoint. In the bathroom there was a terrible smell of smoke, We left the window open almost all day and never could get rid of it.

Definitely nothing wrong with this place, clean, friendly hosts, a nice place to stay when you want to visit Umbria or east Tuscani.

The pillows were to flat and hard. We would have appreciated softer ones.

Loved the peaceful atmosphere and that it was only 5 minutes away to the nearest restaurant. Very clean and great instructions to nearest restaurants and supermarkets.

The location is rural but not too far from anything, but certainly have a decent car tread for the roads right near the property. This is, of course, not anything against the agriturismo, just an FYI.

Valentina was an amazing hostess, she was a gem of a resource who responded so quickly to our many questions, was always friendly and helpful. The location is and the property are lovely, central to so many interesting towns.

The shower window needs a net for the mosquito’s. In the night it cooled down besides the sheets they have provided thick winter blanket, maybe better to purchase something in between can be simple from ikea, the winter blanket was too warm, these are minor things.

Our second stay here, some things were changed, like the game room is not there anymore, the playground has moved to a better place, but we still love it there & will return in August. Valentina is an excellent host, the wifi is super fast, a fantastic place for a holiday.

Nothing we were unhappy with.

Wonderful location overlooking the valley towards the hills. Beautiful gardens and pool area. Remote but accessible by car, so quiet and peaceful. Family run and all so friendly and helpful. Accommodation well presented but in keeping with rural setting. Excellent shower and bathroom.

Kitchen could use the basics (oil, salt, pepper).

Beautiful property with a nice pool. Valentina was very friendly and helpful. I would gladly bring my family here again and recommend it to friends.

In one of the three bedrooms the bed was too hard. Not comfortably hard. Bathroom could be modernized, slightly outdated.

Nice location equipped with good facilities with good location of apartments around the pool. Good parking. Covered private terrace. Friendly enthusiastic hostess. Airco and Wifi excellent. Relaxed atmosphere.

Excellent location and wonderful host. Perfect place that is central to so many lovey Tuscan cities.

- The individual suites were well equipped, clean and comfortable - Valentina was possibly the best host I've ever had. She went out of her way daily to make sure the stay was comfortable. - The pool was perfect, deep, and cool - Breakfast was great
