Loredana was so helpful and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, just at the start of the Capo Market. It doesn't get any better!

Our stay was amazing. The property was exceptionally clean, renovated, equipped with everything you need and more (towels, sheets, kitchen, umbrellas etc). The location was central close to everything. The host was very sweet and helpful, great communication, thank you so much for everything!

Cosy guest house with friendly and helpful host. Modern bathroom and well equipped shared kitchen. Comfortable and central location. We were able to park in front of the apartment free for our three night stay. There is also an underground car park 100m away.

We liked everything at Loredana' place! The best place to stay in Palermo. It is located in the middle of the town! Realky a few steps from all the place you intend to visit. There is a garage next door - 13 Euro/24h wich is a plus in busy Palermo. The apartment is like new, super room & bathroom. We definitly recomand!!!!

The noise outside can be crazy and the windows don’t isolate it. Can be a challenge for light sleepers.

Comfortable and clean room, great communication with the host. Snacks in the shared kitchen are also highly appreciated. Location is also nice, close to a big market and city landmarks.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The place is even cuter in person than in the photos—every detail was charming and thoughtful. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to all the main attractions in Palermo. Fantastic location, just a minute’s walk from the parking lot. The host was super nice, the bed was really comfy, and the apartment had a washer plus coffee and snacks provided.

We were very close to everything. There were nearby small shops, restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, big name stores, anything you could think of. And it was all a walking distance as well. The host was also very pleasant to work with and was very responsive.

Very close next to our room, on the opposite side of the lane, there is a kitchen of a restaurant, so in the mornings the staff was loud, so they woke us up sometimes, but other than that everything was perfect! This is to be expected in such a central spot.

The location is very central and the place was super tidy. The host was always responsive and trying to help with whatever questions we had. We would totally recommend the place!

The sheets were a bit scratchy and I would have liked firmer pillows, but that’s the traveler’s wishlist- not an actual complaint.

Absolutely perfect location for our visit. Wonderful market at the end of the block, parking at the other end, as well as ATM nearby. Easy to access and private, quiet rooms. Also a fully equipped kitchen to reheat pizza for breakfast because … american 😁

The property was super clean and beautifully decorated. In a central location so near many of the cities highlights. I met the owner who went overboard to help for any needs . You could message through WhatsApp which was very helpful. All in all a great stay .

I loved having access to a full kitchen. And there's a small patio off the kitchen that is perfect for having coffee and a nibble. I also loved the size of the room, how clean it was and the location. The person who manages the property, Lore, is fantastic. She responded right away to my questions, provided me with suggestions on what to visit and where to go after Palermo. I will definitely be staying here the next time I visit Palermo.

Nice and clean place. Excellent location, because not only is the Capo market right behind the hotel, but Teatro Massimo and via Macheda are also just a 5-minute walk away, which is the perfect place to enjoy Palermo at night.

Perfect choice for a short stay in Palermo! Parking (13 Euro/day) next to the building just out of ZTL, easy communication, self check-in, everything was very clean and comfy!

Everything was great, nothing to complain about.

Great location, nearby Massimo theater, a minute walk from the farmer's market where you can have some great fresh seafood meal. The downtown is a walking distance with all restaurants, bars , shops, hairdresser etc. Everything you might need is very close. Also there is a garage about 30 meters away where you can have parking for 13€ a day. The accomodation was very nice, clean and pleasant. There is also a kitchen that can be used together with other guests and is also very well equipped. Self check in process was very briefly explained with videos sent by the host, who is very nice lady and always very responsive. I highly recommend this place , it is really great choice and great value for money.

Everything was amazing! Especially it was the way more than clean. I felt like home. Also, Loredana was super helpful, friendly and kind. Whatever I need, she immediately responded. I loved her hospitality. I do recommend to anyone planning to visit Palermo.
