Beautifully and tastefully decorated room. So much larger than most of the places we have stayed in Italy. Added bonus is the deck and large swimming pool. Host was very helpful. 10 min walk into Sorrento and bus at end of road.

Everything was great except the pool was closed from 2-4 every day (even tho the residents pool was open for them) that was a bit confusing.

It was beautifully clean with a lovely pool which was never busy. We also had a great balcony which is where we had our breakfast which was served every morning by the wonderful Rosaria. It was about 15mins walk to the station and the main square in Sorrento, perfect for us.

Beautiful apartment in a wonderful location. Has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Vittorio gave a fantastic check in and recommended a boat tour to Amalfi and Positano which was amazing. Would definitely come back again.

Lovely large room with great balcony. Comfy bed. Amazing shower. Great, friendly hosts. Amazing pool (closed at siesta time, then open again for a few hours until 7.30pm). I was given additional information on a nicer walk back to town, best restaurants etc. Quiet air con. Freshly baked croissant for breakfast, nice selection of jams.

Pool was closed and this was beyond the owners control. Be prepared for it not to be open in May.

I just wish the location to be a little closer to where the center!!

I loved everything!! Mainly the hospitality of Vittorino e Rosario !!!! Vittorino waited for me outside on my arrival to guide me to the room, where he explained to me all about the room and the city!!! And Rosario who brought my daily breakfast and clean the room!! Both of them made my stay so wonderful!! This don’t have a price!! Is pure a great “hospitality” !!!! Thank you guys!!! Keep up the amazing work!!!!

For us the beds were a little hard. The carton orange juice at breakfast. It felt odd to be surrounded by citrus fruit and not have fresh OJ.

There was a very friendly welcoming host who showed us around and gave hints and tips. The balcony was lovely and having a private area for breakfast was a great start to the day. The pool was a great addition for the area and very reasonable accommodation for the area given this facility.

A major downside was the outdoor air conditioning unit from a neighboring property, placed right above the balcony seating area. It was quite noisy when in use, disrupting the otherwise relaxing atmosphere.

We stayed at Al Parco Il Rota B&B during our time in Sorrento. The host Vittorio was helpful in explaining how everything worked in the apartment, and Rosaria arrived with breakfast at the agreed time each morning. Breakfast is selected from a small menu – typically croissant spreads, juice, and cereal – simple, but fine for Italy. The location is about 10–15 minutes walk from the train station, 15–20 minutes to the old town, and around 20–25 minutes to the harbor. You walk along a busy main road, and in some areas the sidewalks are narrow, which occasionally felt a bit unsafe due to the traffic. We stayed in Room 1. While it was well-equipped, the room itself was quite small with limited space for unpacking, so we ended up partly living out of our suitcases. That said, the best feature was undoubtedly the large balcony, furnished with a sofa set, dining table, and chairs – we spent a lot of time out there.

We had great days in Al Parco II Rota B&B. Vittorio was cery helpful and gave us many necessasy information where to go. Me and my husband are very happy to spend pur Sorento days in this place. I highly reccomend everyone Al Parco II Rota. ❤️

The property was clean and comfy and in a really good location, want to give a thankyou to the hosts vittorio and Rosaria who went above and beyond to ensure we had a nice stay and provided my girlfriend a gift on her birthday. Vittorio was very helpful and was easy to contact about any enquires about the property and sorrento in general.

The wifi was down, in the whole neighbourhood, which sucked but was it their fault. We were without hot water for a day, it was repaired, but nothing beyond sorry was offered for the inconvenience, we were unable to shower one evening and morning. It’s a bit of a hike from the ferry port, but close to the train station. Taxis are expensive in Sorento and Uber non existent in the early morning (they were only recently approved to operate).

Breakfast was nice, but we had early morning commitments and missed it twice. The balcony was nice, would be perfect in the summer, but we were there in spring. The staff were kind and helpful when checking in and in answering any questions we had. The room was nice, bed comfortable and bathroom spacious.

Vittorio met us on the street to make sure we found them....so welcoming! Beautifully decorated, very secure, quiet, breakfast to our room. Comfy bed, best sleep in a week. Bath heated towel rack, balcony with distant ocean view, toiletries, water in fridge-everything we needed for two nights. 15 minute walk to town.

Only thing wrong was that we hadn't booked for longer.

The room was nicely finished, decorated and clean. We particularly enjoyed the balcony with some some water view. Sometimes access to rented apartments can be challenging with nobody there to greet you. Vittorio did an excellent and much appreciated job showing us to our room and explaining anything we needed to know about it and the area.

There was no shelf in the shower or near the sink for toiletries. It was towards the end of town.

The host was very nice. The bed was very comfortable. The room was quiet. We didn't use the balcony or have the complimentary breakfast.

Vittorio made sure everything was explained thoroughly. He went above and beyond in finding us an iron for our clothes. Breakfast packs were also organised for us on the mornings we were on tours before breakfast time. Vittorio also helped with organising our tours to the Island of Capri and the Amalfi coast. Lift available as on the 3rd floor.
