Furnishings are broken down and minimal. Could use a good polish up. New towels, more amenities.

Fabulous location # 1 location in city. Pre- communication was excellent and helpful. Fabulous architecture and balcony!

- The garbage cans were located at the entrance. This was very unpleasant and a Kitchen and restaurant poured their garbage all day long in them. - The place was very hot, and the AC was not powerful enough to cool a room of this size. Additionally, the terrace door didn’t close completely, as if it was too small for the frame, making it harder to keep the space cool. The terrace also retained heat, causing both the bathroom and the room to remain very warm.

The location was excellent and convenient. The room was big and spacious and clean. The bathroom was good. The bed was very comfortable. The staff gave us a fan and really tried to help fix the temperature problem. The breakfast is just a cornetto and a small coffee. Is literally a € 5 option.

As with most rooms, only one set of keys. We do stuff together and on our own. A couple we may be, but independent we are. 2 keys please. That applies to almost every location we go to.

Great space and a view over the amphitheatre and the excavations of newly found medieval settlements ( which are being handled quietly and sensitively and interesting to watch). The electronic check in was just that. No duplication on site. Good instructions to find a concealed and therefore private location. The breakfast is good. The best, yoghurt and fruit is hidden in the ice cream menu!

The air conditioning, which is necessary, is unfortunately very loud and squeeking all the time. Luckily I had earplugs. The lights on the bedside table are very bright and have a cold light, so not very suitable for slowly getting to sleep. A warmer lamp would be better.

The room is very big with super high ceilings. The building is beautiful and we especially liked the furniture, which was very original and fitting. The view is very nice, too.

It was a little hot during our stay even though the AC was on.

Location is incredible. The views of the piazza and the anfiteatro are amazing! The property is really big, my family really enjoyed it.

The ceilings were so high and we were there on 100 degree days that the AC didn’t cool down the room. No screens on big balcony door couldn’t open for cross breeze as bees would come in. Had to park in lot about 10 min walk away. Hardly any metered street parking due to construction.

Clean, views of the piazza/amphitheatre, lots of room, close to all attractions, great value, in historic city center.

Two downside issues: • They market themselves as a bed and breakfast. It is not. Their idea of supplying breakfast is to give a €5 p.p. voucher to a Cafe which does not even cover the cost of a croissant and coffee. • No coffee facilities in the room, only tea

Location is brilliant. Right on the central piazza. Room was large, clean and comfortably.

When i book a room i ensure a couple of things are available. Coffee & tea facilities are available being one.. No coffee & no tea or milk (chamomille doesn't count). Bath is another. We enquired about both missing items & got negative responses. Ok you explained there is a water shortage (should remove bath from facilities). Also because you don,t supply coffee, the 5 euro voucher you supply per person for breakfast at the cafe down stairs get used up on said missing coffee. Might also want to remove car 9parking from the facilities also.

I regret it was not mentioned before that the square and around were under construction. Would be nice to add a light in the room since it was a little dark. A little minus was also the automatic light in the bathroom, it would switch off after quite a long time, so during night it is not very practical.

The location is very good, close to everything. Room is quite spacious, room and bathroom were clean. There is a nice caffe down the B&B, where we had nice breakfast.

Paid Breakfast - joke. 5euro coupon per person - coffee cost 3euro, which means that if you want to eat sandwich then you have to pay by yourself . Unfortunately my message to contact person was read and ignored . 2nd bed condition is poor, you fell all metal part - mattress should be replaced

The restaurant's garbage bins were located below our window, and at night they kept opening and shutting them.

The location is super and in the heart of the historic centre. Everything is walking distance.

Problems with the shower - couldn't turn it on without being soaked and couldn't have a shower without getting hair wet !

Located opposite the Roman Amphitheatre, on one of the main squares in the old town. A breakfast voucher was provided for the cafe below, a basic coffee and pastry were available for the voucher amount - if you wanted more a supplement was payable.

The pillows., very thin and uncomfortable.

The location was excellent, central, with views over the main square. Large room with very high ceilings and a balcony to watch the world go by. Breakfast facilitated by the Alvino cafe beneath the B&B.

The location is excellent, right in the center of Lecce! The room and the bathroom was spacious and clean and the hostess was very kind and helpful. We had a wonderful stay!

The air conditioning was not that strong so with the summer heat, we would have wanted a colder room. We booked the suite with three rooms and only one small room had another portable air conditioner which helped. The bigger family room with two floors did not cool much especially if sleeping on the second floor. Parking is also a 9 minute walk from the property, so we had to walk under the heat just to get the cars.

The place is right at the plaza so everything we did was just by walking a few blocks. The rooms and bathroom were clean and our host Barbara was excellent. She communicated well and even assisted us in finding the place when we arrived at night. She was quick in answering my messages when I had questions.

The bath tub was not working, and I could only take a shower. The towels were not very clean and fresh. No room service during my stay, even it's stated in the room instruction.

Only teabags with kettle, no coffee or milk. Wonderful Cafe/cake shop downstairs where you can get breakfast included up to 5 euros each (coffee and cake).
