The shower is a bit tricky as the floor is very slick.

The hotel is a small place and tricky to locate but our room faced the main square in Sorrento and our balcony had a lovely view. We were right in the middle of the restaurants and shops. They brought breakfast every morning. Even the day we had to leave early to catch the shuttle they packed us a bag of goodies for the road.

Have to climb some stairs but it is manageable . We thought we booked a hotel but turned out to be a Bed&Breakfast

Everything was perfect

The location, it was epic, this is one place we will never forget, we wake up and sleep on the action in the town square of sorrento, the shops were under the hotel , we exit our room to all the wonders of sorrento, the rooms keeper that managed our stay Giusy was a gem 💎, she made our stay even more wonderful, super friendly and attentive to our needs, she also added perfection to our perfect trip, we will never forget you Giusy and we will not forget Ambasciata ❤️

Like others have said, the breakfast is pretty basic compared to other places we stayed.

The location and the room itself were fantastic - the most space we had on our whole holiday in Italy! The room has a lovely view of the main piazza but no issues with noise. We had no problem finding the entry, and were aware of the stairs so that was all fine. And the staff were super nice - even carried our bags back down the stairs for us when we checked out. Beds and pillows very comfortable, and bathroom also very spacious.

If you were looking for something to improve in may be the only little thing I’d suggest is maybe adding a couple of hooks in the bathroom or a bit more space for toiletries

We found it slight difficulty to find but once we looked at the photos it was all good. We really enjoyed our stay! The hosts have been really amazing. The room was a great size, the bed super comfortable, and the bathroom lovely. Breakfast had plenty of choice and it was surprisingly quiet, even though the hotel is right in the centre. This is a real plus for us as we get a good night sleep for our next days adventures.

I would suggest the deluxe room or larger if you are traveling with big luggage. We had 2 rooms. . a standard room and deluxe room and a standard was tight. Other than that , it was perfect!

The only area that could be improved is the breakfast. At the moment it is delivered to the room at a fixed time, which means the coffee and pancakes were already cold and the fruit not as fresh as expected. It would be great if the breakfast service could be a bit more flexible and improved in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Ambasciata Sorrento Relais. The location is perfect – right in the center of Sorrento, just next to the main train station and only about 10 minutes on foot to the harbor, where you can easily catch ferries to nearby cities and islands. The room and facilities were excellent: very clean, modern, and secure with camera surveillance throughout the property. The value for money is outstanding. The staff made our stay even better. On our first day, a young gentleman gave us a detailed introduction to the city, which was very helpful since it was our first time in Sorrento. Every morning, the young lady at the front desk greeted us warmly and was always available to answer any questions we had. Both were extremely kind and attentive. Overall, a fantastic experience – highly recommended for anyone visiting Sorrento!
