Dear Romina, Thank you for sharing your opinion. We are pleased to know that you appreciated the spaciousness and comfort of the room, as well as the shower, to which we pay particular attention. However, we are sorry to read that some aspects were not to your liking. We would like to point out, for the sake of fairness towards those who read us, that the building in which the property is located was built in 2008 and is equipped with a modern, spacious, well-lit elevator that is also accessible to people with disabilities. Furthermore, the apartment was completely renovated in 2023 to offer guests maximum comfort, modernity and a design that is taken care of in every detail. The cleanliness of the common areas is a priority for us, and we continue to monitor it with great care. As for breakfast, we always inform our guests that it is a typical Italian breakfast, to be consumed in total freedom at the affiliated businesses in the surrounding area or independently. We are sorry that this method did not meet your expectations, but transparency is fundamental for us, and the information is clearly reported on our website and in the welcome materials. Every feedback is a reason for reflection and growth for us, even when it does not reflect the majority of the opinions received.
