It did not have a kitchen and the pullout bed wasn’t that comfortable. It was a little noisy at night and the neighbors upstairs were loud on our second night.

The apartment was very clean and a very nice space. Despite the fact that there wasn’t a kitchen, the apartment still was equipped with a table and chairs, as well as a couch and beds. The property itself is in a perfect location - very central and close to everything. We loved our stay at Anastasia Suites and plan on recommending it to all our friends and family that may come to Verona

Whilst it doesn’t smell inside the apartment, there is an overwhelming (for me anyway), smell that envelopes you when you enter the building that needs to be addressed but the room is so nice I’d look past it and stay there again.

Very comfortable, clean and for once, a bathroom with decent lighting and an exhaust fan! Great location.

The property was in a fantastic location, right in the centre of Verona, with plenty of options for restaurants and tourist attractions to visit nearby. The room itself was very clean and modern, with all the amenities as described in the listing. Access was easy, and the check-in and check-out process was seamless. The hosts kindly provided several recommendations for local restaurants and sights. We also appreciated the fridge being stocked with plenty of bottled water and a coffee machine with ample supplies for our needs. Overall, it is a lovely and highly recommendable place to stay. We visited as a family (a couple with two teenagers), and our stay was well worth it.

We stayed here as a group of five people with a small dog, and everything was perfect! We had two separate rooms – one for two people and the other for three – each with a jacuzzi, which was such a treat. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the main streets and many great restaurants. We also loved the small, cozy balconies and the fact that everything we needed for a comfortable shower was provided. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Verona!

We had the deluxe family suite on rooftop and did not expect so many stairs even after the lift. A bit difficult as wife was recovering from foot surgery and we had a toddler and heavy stroller to bring up and down the stairs. Other than that, it’s a great location in the heart of Verona.

Everything was nice and clean and any issues were addressed immediately by friendly and helpful staff. Loved the crisp, professional laundered linens and pillows.

There is no lift to the main / first floor, therefore it can be very inconvenient if you have heavy suitcases (my case)

Remote storage of luggage none on site.No assistance from staff with luggage . staff can’t arrange taxi. Taxi company did not respond to online request 15 minute walk with luggage to taxi rank! 4 coffee pods for the machine provided for a week. No kettle small fridge no glasses cutlery plates etc Total waste of space with jacuzzi should have been a compact kitchen .

initial 1st floor steps might be challenging to get to the elevator landing, but no big deal.

Just a few steps from Piazza delle Erbe, in the middle of the action. Newly renovated.
