Air con was noisy so couldn’t use at night.

Fab location right in the heart of the main square and near the lake. Wonderful restaurants close by. Really clean and everything we needed.

We didn't use the kitchen for anything other than making tea/coffee, but for anyone wanting to be fully self-catering, the facilities might be a little sparse (just a fridge and a hob). It wasn't a problem for us, though, as we ate out in any one of the many excellent restaurants, all within walking distance.

Fantastic location, right in the heart of Bardolino and only a very short stroll down to the harbour. Very clean and comfortable apartment with excellent sound proofing to minimise street noise when the windows are closed. Excellent location for exploring Lake Garda and the wider region, with regular ferries and bus links. All in all a great stay

There could have been a little more cutlery, we only had 3 knives, also a toaster would have been amazing. We took blind folds as we could see from the photos that it may be a little light, and it was. These are only small things though.

The location was amazing. There was a concert by the church on the Wednesday night with an orchestra, opera singer and choir, and we were able to watch it all on the balcony, truly magical. The boat stop is just at the bottom of the street too. We loved being in the middle of everything. The place was very clean and comfortable, great shower and the bed was comfy, with a memory foam mattress.

Only minor downside for us was there being nowhere to store luggage on the day we were leaving

Fantastic apartment and perfect location. Plenty space and storage plus a brilliant shower. Added bonus of a balcony overlooking the cafes and restaurants. Would've expected it to be noisy but it wasn't at all. We had switched apartments at last minute and so glad we did. Would highly recommend

The lock on the door and key code was very complicated. Was quickly sorted with the owners on WhatsApp but could be much simpler.

Such a fantastic location, and so lovely to sit on the balcony and people watch. Spacious apartment with everything you need.

Brand new apartments right in the center with view over bars and restaurants. Super clean with a little kitchen, coffee machine, kettle, modern TV with Netflix and YouTube. Very modern bathrooms. Guliia was so nice and friendly, she arranged the fixing of wheelchair lift for my mum so it was very much appreciated (there is also elevator in the building). Highly recommended!

My husband and I had the perfect weekend here. The check-in is automated and super easy, and the rooms are huge. We slept so deeply in the comfy beds, and loved the location directly on the walking street. We learned the history of this hotel which is owned by two sisters who took it over from their Grandma. It's so nice to stay in a small independent hotel run by women! The communication was fast and clear, and I now know where I need to stay every time when I come to Garda. Bonus tips: the restaurant right downstairs in the same building (also called Ancora) is delicious and the owner is super friendly. I also recommend the cafe right across the street for your morning cafe/cornetto. And the gelato place on the same street down by the water is great too. Everything you need to eat was right within 1 min away.

Apartment was spacious and very clean in an excellent location.The shower was superb. Loved sitting on the balcony watching the world go by. Fantastic place.

It is true that you will smell the cooking grease from the restaurant(s) below especially in the bathroom. It's almost as if it comes through the water pipes because the smell was strongest when running water. It wasn't terrible for a few nights and the place is so great that it was not a huge sacrifice. But I'm not sure I'd want to smell it all week...

LOVED the location of this suite. Plenty of room for our family to spread out and easy access to everything. The place is modern, clean and comfortable. It was so easy to access and communication and directions were very clear.

The suites are in a great location in the centre of Bardolino, with easy access to ferry and local bus services. Contact with the owners was easy and friendly. The suite was comfortable, clean and well equipped for our stay. Would highly recommend and hope to visit again soon. Thank you!

Great location right on the main square but still quiet when windows are closed.beautifully renovated apartment with excellent attention to detail ie lighting in bathrooms bedrooms etc. showers were great. Kitchen was really well equipped. An incredibly comfortable apartment!

The location was superb and the apartment was clean, well equipped, modern and altogether first class. We were originally concerned about noise from the Piazza below but once the balcony door was closed there was not a sound.
