The so-so stuff: The place is very hard to find. The four of us using four different navigation apps could not find it. Not surprisingly, we had been circling it for a while until I called Francesca and she immediately came to get us (we were a three minute walk from the apartment). The parking situation is a nightmare, however, once Francesca explained the coloured parking line system, and directed us to small strip mall (5 or ten small stores) where we could park for free, all was good. The parking spot was about a 15 minute walk from the apartment.

The good stuff: I cannot imagine a better location, a few minutes on foot from the iconic beach and the main drag. The apartment is good size, very clean, and has everything you need (including an excellent shower with plenty of hot water), there is even a small terrace in front which we used for a late afternoon glass of wine. Francesca is a lively, enthusiastic, helpful friendly ball of positive energy. We would definitely rent this apartment again.

Our host welcomed us with the greatest hospitality. The accommodation is a little gem with beautiful decor, in the best possible location. The sights, restaurants, and the train station are all very close. If we return here, we’ll definitely stay at this place again, thank you for everything!❤️

We loved the decor, the apartment was superbly equipped, and the location next to the prime beach was awesome. The shower was spacious, the water hot. Our host was super friendly, very helpful and generous. She left a welcome gift of biscuits, a nice touch.

Possibly a couple of hooks to hang our damp towels would be a good idea, but otherwise it was a well appointed and comfortable apartment with everything we could want or need.

Beautiful apartment, thoughtfully appointed with lots of care applied to make it such a pleasant stay. It was in the most INCREDIBLE location, literally a 2-minute walk to Lama Monachile beach and the Old Town. Breakfast outside on the terrace each morning watching the ‘world’ wake up was a highlight! This apartment helped make Polignano a Mare a favourite destination.

Nothing. Everything was perfect!

The apartment was in a perfect position close to the old town and the sea. It was beautifully furnished with a classy nautical scene. Every effort has clearly been made to make this apartment very comfortable & welcoming, including various food & drink items in the fridge & by the coffee machine. Francesca was very welcoming & friendly with excellent communication before & during our stay & even recognised my husbands birthday!
