This was a great find. It wasn’t far from the train station and in a great location. There is a lift to the third floor where the rooms are found. Our room was fantastic. Big and roomy and full of light. The balcony was lovely too. Bed was very comfortable and the shower great. The staff were lovely as well. Very recommended.

A few more hooks in the bathroom will be helpful to hang the towel or clothes when showering. Jacuzzi didn't seem to be working properly, or perhaps we weren't doing it right (a manual guide will help)

The place is spacious, comfortable, and clean. It is very near to the train station and also the cathedral and central market. We saw ear plugs provided and were prepared for external noise at night, but to our surprise, it wasn't noisy.

Fantastic location - so close to the train station but so quiet. Great communication with hosts for all the information you needed to check in. Very secure and we were able to leave our bags all day.

As a guest house a kitchenette area would be a great addition but not a deal breaker. Shower is a bit small.

Finding the apartment was a bit stressful- located on a very busy street with narrow footpaths- but once we got in there we were very pleasantly surprised.

The apartment was modern, pleasant and spotlessly clean. Very helpful hosts. Being able to leave luggage somewhere safe after check-out was super useful. Good location, close to the train station and easy enough to walk to all the main attractions in Florence.

On arrival there was someone sleeping across the main doorway and there was bag of rubbish there which was a little offputting.

Inside our hotel room it was very clean, modern and well appointed. The common parts of the hotel were also modern and clean.

Wifi quit working after a few hours but the host was responsive with another wifi to use. I found the bed to be very firm and had a lot of trouble sleeping. Additionally, the Air conditioner was on the other side of the room and did not really reach the side of the room I slept in. I was hot at night as well so unfortunately I had my worst sleep of my 10 day trip here.

Great location, just across the street from the train station. The room was nice sized, clean and we appreciated the provided water and coffee.

I didn’t like the mold under the air conditioner in bedroom. The sofa couch and twin bed were uncomfortable but we made due since it was for only one night.

Modern. Lovely bathrooms. Perfect location close to train station. It’s classed as a guest house but feels like a small hotel. Nice and quiet location

The bunk beds were too short and small for my teenage kids. However this would be perfect for a couple or a family with two younger/shorter children.

We loved our stay. The location was very convenient for arrival and departure because it was close to the train station but didn’t feel too dangerous or too loud based on that. The building seemed secure as well. There was a grocery store nearby where we could grab water and snacks. We could easily walk everywhere around the city.
