Large, comfortable, very clean, very quiet despite being on a busy street near train/bus station. Easy walking to central district. Coffee and tea available in entry, mini fridge in room. Rita was very helpful answering any questions.

There is nothing that I didn't like about the room. I only wish we had planned to spend more days there. Overall lodgings in Sorrento are expensive during peak season and this room was a good balance given the choices.

I loved everything about the room, the cheeriness of the decor and the fact there was a small refrigerator. The large shower and bathroom was greatly appreciated and having access to a coffee maker was also a nice touch. Much thought was put into the storage and organization of travel items including clothes. Having an elevator was especially important to me. The location was minutes away from Piazza Tasso.

Probably my fault, but I had been expecting a small, mid-priced, hotel, but it was actually more like an AirBNB, albeit very well presented and very convenient.

There was no breakfast - so the name of the property was a little misleading. However, there were reasonable cafes nearby. Rita, the representative, was absolutely fantastic - she could not have been more helpful.

A very secure building. You are right downtown and easy walking distance shopping. The cleaning staff they were excellent and very friendly.

Coffee was good and available from machine just outside the room. The lady cleaning our room was so nice and really did an amazing job job cleaning the room daily. Proximity to everything was great, especially train station and ferry for day trips to Naples, amalfi coast and island of Capri.

The staff was amazing. Rita helped me so much. I felt like she is my relative taking care of me while I have to visit her in Italy where she lived all her life and knows everything. She helped me throughout the whole stay and even before. She let me know there is a strike of trains and offered me alternatives, before I arrived. She told me how to get to Positano when my stay ends and gave me the exact timings and location. Everything was so easy, she made it so. She was there available for me as if I was at the reception and asking her questions. Amazing job, Rita! Also, the place has everything a 5 star hotel has. Looks exacty the same inside. I travel a lot in 5 star hotels with work.

For a superior room the balcony was disappointing due to the view. Luckily not warm enough to use it.

Bathroom was great and the staff accommodated our request for 2 single beds. Coffee machine, kettle, tea bags and iron supplied in the communal area. Small bottles of water left in the fridge which was a nice touch.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION was great. The room was clean and organized. Easy to find. Easy to communicate with the host, ELENA was very very helpful. She answered all my questions. She helped me a lot at the time of check out, I was late but she was able to hold my luggage until I came back. She was very patient. I would highly recommend this place.

The location, the cleanliness, the easiness and most of all the icing on the cake is CHRISTIANA such a lovely host. Very kind, very efficient, very helpful. Always there at my disposal, promptly. Always ready to help. She’s AMAAZZZIIINNGGG! Whatever problems I had she always helped me during the duration of our stay. They cleaned everyday too was a bonus and a very nice gesture, love it. I would still choose this property in case I comes back and its still available. I would recommend this to my friends and family. CHRISTIANA you’re the BEST!!!!

There was no breakfast provided , despite being advertised as “ bed and breakfast “ ( there was tea and coffee in a communal area ) The shower needed re-sealing , as the water tended to flood the bathroom during the shower

The location was excellent , 100 metres from Piazza Tasso and about 50 metres from supermarket , very close to train station. The communication with staff was excellent, staff very responsive and also gave recommendations for local services

Location is perfect, right near piazza Tasso. Our host at the facility was great at communication and made everything really easy. We arrived with a car which can be difficult in Sorrento, but the "valet" parking that was lined up (40 euros per day)(yes, parking is expensive in Sorrento) worked great. The building has an elevator, so no steps to deal with. Enjoyed our stay a lot and would stay there again gladly.

Bathroom and facility were very clean. Location was perfect. It was 2 min far from train and bus station and 15 away from the port. Also 5-10 minutes away from the center area. Special thank to Cristiana. She is very kind and helpful. She contacted with us before our stay to make everything ready. Totally recommended.
